They make appointments when I’m not…
They make appointments when I’m not home . When they come, they spray a little space outside. Several times , they came on rainy days. What is the point to spray on rainy days?
I still see cockroaches in my garage. I want to cancel and get my money back!

At Aptive, our goal is to provide treatments that are both convenient and effective. We try to schedule services within the planned service window on the account, but we understand that if you’re not home or weren’t expecting the visit, it can be frustrating. We also know seeing continued pest activity, especially something like cockroaches in your garage, can be discouraging when you’re relying on the service to help resolve the issue.
Regarding treatments on rainy days, many of the products used are designed to remain effective even when applied before or after light rain. That said, we always want customers to feel confident in the service being provided and comfortable with when treatments are performed.

I like that they give me a heads up as to when they will be at my home. Even if I am at work I know when they are at my home and when they leave. I like getting the photos of what they have done and what they see. I LOVE APTIVE! Thank you so much for the great service.

I'm usually not home when Aptive Pest…
I'm usually not home when Aptive Pest Control comes, but they always leave me pictures of what they took care of at my house. These usually come in an email or text. Have not had to worry about "pests" since I hired them.

The individual service person does well…
The individual service person does well with what he can access, but this company constantly messes up the service time. Yesterday the time window provided was 8-12 but the person didn’t show up until 3:45. I wasn’t home so the interior of my garage was not treated. I called him and he says he was told come between 8-8. Also it was raining.
