Instructions given to customer service representative does not get to technicians providing service. I do not like to leave a review because technicians on the most part do their job well. I have needed Sat appts since I work during the week and request inside service as well. Lately there was no availability on Saturdays so I was going to end my service and look else where but they worked it out and now scheduling ahead of time to ensure I can get a Sat appt. Thank you customer service. The guys are always polite and efficient.

I have used this company for many years. They always arrive on time. My only issue is that I am contracted to receive quarterly treatments, and Aptive used to have the habit of bumping up the schedule two weeks to a month before a quarter is up, most likely to get in extra treatments over a two to three year period. I finally got this to stop by calling their corporate offices. They do not do this anymore

Brian was our service technician for this scheduled service. He was very friendly and asked us about any concerns or areas we needed addressed. He made my wife very happy with spraying all areas of our home that she wanted to have done on the interior. He then did a great job on the exterior. Made my wife and I feel like we were VIP customers as always. We are thrilled with this level of service and are very pleased to have Aptive as our pest control provider for over 3 years now.

They make it pretty difficult to manage anything about your service. Limited windows to change service visits, through the years worked their way toward an annual plan that charges monthly. I may not even have a visit that month but still get charged $150.
There used to be an app and website that started out promising, but it regressed back to phone call only.
The service itself is fine, all the management and admin is not.

Every tech I’ve had always checks in on the day of treatment,to see if I have any issues he might be able to help with. After the job is complete I get a detailed report of what was done along with pictures to show points of interest.

Great service!
Text alert for monthly appointments. Employees are always friendly and assertive.
Never a cancellation. Big plus, they treat my garden for aphids upon request. No bugs in my house and living in the hill country with the change of seasons makes it nice !

Seems that the regular treatments are effective as we have had virtually no pests inside our home since being an Aptive customer. I will say if we start seeing evidence of indoor pests, we will consider changing to another company.
