No more roaches!

I no longer have a roach problem in my garage and black widows have been reduced since we’ve been using their service. Totally worth it!

Service people are enthusiastic and…

Service people are enthusiastic and dedicated to doing a great job. They listen to customer concerns. Very thorough - including brushing off cobwebs from house exterior. Very good systems in place to handle service requests, alert on arrival time, and photo documentation of work done. I'm very impressed with the high level of customer service - best I've experienced.

Problem is info given by the Rep who sold it

Nothing goes wrong with the service and service people. Problem is that the Representative who sold at the door did not tell me that service does not cover termites and rat abatement nor that there‘s a fee for stopping early. Talked to a neighbor who was quoted half the amount for the same service cuz he complained about the high price. What gives????

Are we getting to the problem?

This is the third attempt, 2 specific, 1 normal service. We have a small (size) ant infestation.
We have identified the locations and possible entry points. Aptive has spaged outside twice and laid bait on the inside once.
Ants still exist. There has been no suggestions on a more intense entry specific (i.e, going under house, crawl space along plumbing, etc.) made. We were told on the internal service that the bait laid would be carried back to the queen, which in turn would kill the colony.
Still ants persist. Granted not quite as many but still exist.

Excellent representative for Aptive!

He was very accommodating due to a time mix-up. He thought it was okay for the morning, but the person I called earlier put that request in the notes, and didn't change the requested afternoon time. He came later at the time I requested.

He was very knowledgeable and was concerned about my 3 large tortoises. I appreciated that.

He was personable, professional, efficient, and happy. A great representative for your company!

Your exterminator (s) are efficient & timely

Your exterminator (s) are always on time, notify me, via text, that they are on their way. They ask me if there is any particular area or problem that I want treated. They ask if I need anything treated indoors. They come and get right to work. When they are done, in a notified.

Luis from Aptive, 12/30/2025

Luis gave me a heads up he would be at my house in 15 - 30. He showed up on time, informed he was approachin the door. I met and told him about a couple of things I wanted him to check out. He serviced the entire exterior, addressed my issues, advised he was finished and asked if I had any questions. He then sent me pics of the areas he serviced.

He was courteous and careful in going around our property. In addition, received several pictures of all of the treated areas.
