Reliable service

James did a great job of completing the service and sending detailed description and pictures of the work. I appreciate getting a pre-service heads up before the visit and asking if there are special needs or questions. I have found Aptive to be a reliable service at a fair price. I would recommend them.

When I contacted Aptive about a follow…

When I contacted Aptive about a follow up visit (because of some rodent activity I observed in the garden), a technician was quickly scheduled and visited my home. The technician arrived at the beginning of the four hour visit window and walked through the garden with me and explained his conclusions and advice.

Great communication

Great communication. Technicians are skilled and knowledgeable about what they are working with and the best practices.
Always let us know when they are scheduled to come and the techs let us know when they will arrive. They then send pictures and let us know they are have finished.
Very polite techs also.

They didn’t explained terms properly…

They didn’t explained terms properly and got me in 24 month contract. My understanding was that I pay for every visit whereas they have monthly subscriptions regardless if you get pest services in that month. On top of that they have very high cancellation charges. I’m planning to pay cancellation charges and break contract. There services are mediocre as well. Every week someone new comes and staff doesn’t seem that expert in pest services either.

Great company and thorough!

I've had Aptive Pest Control servicing my yard and home for a few months now. I've found them to be very professional and thorough. They always let me know when they are going to be here, when they arrive and when they are through. They take pictures of areas treated and send them to me. I've had other pest control companies in the past but this company is the best so far.

Great staff and service

Staff give advance warning when they’re on their way, always check to see if there are any specific needs or issues, and thoroughly document what they did if I’m not home. Everyone has been helpful and customer-oriented. Price is competitive and a good value.
