Not happy I had to call and have them come and spray again. Had spiders very bad on both front and back porch. And on our shed.they were suppose to spray our dock per the contract.when they came out said they were not allowed to spray the dock

According to post treatment pics I received, my house wasn’t treated. My neighbor’s house was treated instead. Although providing this back to them, no effort has been made to alleviate the issue.

In my estimation you could have done a better job spraying this last visit, so I’m rating your work a 3. The large number of living, growing and happy spiders in my bushes would agree.

Highly recommend Aptive
Highly recommend Aptive. Been with them for several years. They have got my spider, wasp, ant and mosquitoes all under control exterior of house. Inside ant and spiders gone after treatments. Best part is the stuff they are spraying works and doesn't smell like harsh chemicals at all. Also the team they send out are very courteous and thorough.

WORST PEST CONTROL COMPANY
1. Treatment doesn’t work (starting to think it’s just water)
2. I have to call them every 14 days to get them to come out and do a another treatment
3. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A 1 YEAR CONTRACT AND IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE YEAR ITS A $200 FEE!!!

Recommend Aptive…
The techs who have visited have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the lack of ants in our lawn and on our deck! We have only had one mosquito treatment and it has decreased our mosquitoes but it seems like we have an increase of tiny biting bugs now. Not sure if there is a correlation or not. Overall we are pleased and have recommended Aptive to friends.

there were two times you were a no show…
there were two times you were a no show for appointments with out notification.
i tried to explain in a phone call that i was going to consider those as a service treatment. but was told no.
so after this next treatment i wish to cancel any further treaments. this should fill my contract.
