I requested quotations for umrah in Nov 25. A lady called Muqaddas replied quite quickly and gave me a few options. She was polite on the phone and helpful. However, I decided not to go ahead with the quotations. I didn’t feel any pressure from this lady to accept any of the deals.

Second time I have used Kiswah Tours. Honestly I can not fault. Flight was on time, Taxi was waiting on the other side, which was provided by them.
