First-class company to deal with
The service from this company is second to none. Always helpful and polite, they go out of their way to deal with any problems that may arise. They also quite often follow up with calls to check that you have received your items and that all is satisfactory. I fully recommend them.

I was having a problem after changing…
I was having a problem after changing my water filters. There was no water coming out if the tap! After a while fiddling with it accessed their website chat option and chatted with Mike who diagnosed my problem and arranged for new parts to be sent to me. They arrived today less than 24 hours after our chat. I fitted them this morning and we now have filtered water again. Most impressed by this company and their customer service. Thanks again Mike

Carbon filters from Aqua Cure
I have ordered carbon filters from Aqua Cure for a number of years and have always received efficient service. Normally the order is received the next day after placing the order. I will always order from them.
