Castle Water have been totally incompetent in their billing. Aquaswitch very helpful in finding a better suppler and successful in making the switch once I had agreed a payment to Castle. Not yet been billed by new supplier so unable to comment on their billing system.

Very pleased and impressed with the service. Well worth having them look at your water bill if you're commercially supplied. E-mails answered fast and efficently.
