Great support from Customer Service.
Customer service suggested a few different options for me to try to get the system to start working. The sensors were acting up unable to sense that the system had been cleaned. The water in Ca is hard so it requires regular descaling. This is my sister's Classic. I have a Carafe and it has never needed descaling even though I have had it longer that hers. Hers is used a lot more than mine, so there's that important piece. AquaTru worked with me diligently to resolve the issue. Thank you.

I just purchased the carafe
I just purchased the carafe. The tank does not fit evenly into the system and the lid does not close all the way. I see someone else has had the same issue. I've spoken now with 4 people and a supervisor. I don't know where they are located but they don't understand you and they don't listen. I am extremely disappointed in the service with this company and I wish I had never made the purpose. I would like to speak with a US representative.

My RO machine has not worked properly…
My RO machine has not worked properly from the minute I started it up. Doesn't fill properly. I replaced 2 filters and 2 weeks later its saying replace them again. The machine is still in warranty, I've reported it to Aquatru and they refuse to do anything saying I need to replace filters, descale it. They say I nees to find out whats wrong with it and then they'll see what the can do.
I don't recommend this product or the company.

Amazing company
The customer service is great. I ordered my Aquatru water system and I loved it so much I purchased one for my son. Recently I purchased 2 water filter shower heads, that were shipped quickly. They are so pretty. Nice adjustable settings. Love them!!
