Even loyal or experienced users may encounter considerable obstacles when attempting to access their own funds; my experience demonstrates that, while the platform appears functional under ordinary circumstances, its withdrawal process can prove opaque, unnecessarily complex, and stressful—demanding perseverance, patience, and, at times, outside help to retrieve funds that should, in principle, be easily accessible.
