I buy magnesium balm deep relief cream to help me with night cramps in my toes and feet in general, I can't be without it, amazing cream, it also helped to clear up a nail infection I've had a long time, my feet are so soft, it arrives quickly, a couple of sweeties treats, lovely touch, a small tin goes a long way

Quick delivery & packaged well. My husband has had a problem with skin on the top of his feet due to wearing leather shoes to work when it’s hot weather or heating on in the office in Winter. This problem has been going on for years & he has tried this foot cream for 3 weeks & already noticing the skin improving

Went to visit a friend and asked her how her hair was looking so fabulous... she directed me to arcade skincare. I've so far tried the shampoo bar and curl custard and now my hair is fabulous too. Diolch! Looking forward to trying more. Items were well packaged with sweets, lovely touch.

No customer service, the urea cream was not filled up properly so less cream than I have paid for . The make up gel remover is separated : gel + oil. . I’ve contacted them with no answer . Thus, maybe good products but poor customer service and the package of the gel is not suitable making me waste product every time I open it. I’ve got now a gel completely separated from the oils , I’ve transfered it for a glass bigger container but not sure I can use it. The urea cream seems ok but again, was not filled up as it should. I was excited to check their products but not anymore I won’t order again.

Easy to order, timely delivery & the cream rubs in well with no greasy residue

Very fast shipping, packaging was great, everything arrived safely. This is the third time I’ve ordered from them and fifth time to restock as I’ve been to craft fayers where they have been.
I’ve been using the shampoo bar and conditioner now for over a year and they are amazing. My scalp is sensitive and these products are so gentle soothing my scalp and my hair is so soft. I also bought other products to try.

Most of the time it is great. The odd occasion it does not seem to work. It makes my skin feel lovely and I di the the perfume.
