I was fortunate enough to be able to experience this life changing course over the last 8-9 weeks, as part of the leadership group for a mens gathering here in Victoria (Menergy). It has helped me and the group tasked with creating and bringing the event to life, be all that much more honest with ourselves, and the truths that had been hiding. Understanding Archetypal Wisdom is life changing! I've been on this course for three terms over a couple of years. In September of 2023 I was part of an Archetypal Relationship 5 day Relationship Breakthrough intensive - the concept sounded a bit 'woo woo' at first, and my expectations were low... then six hours in, the process that would change my life forever started to take shape. The process of exploring human behaviour and human interactions not just from our own perspective, but having a tool to be able to allow you to genuinely see things from another person's perspective opened my heart, and my eyes to how I saw the world, and was seen in it. The relationship breakthrough process had an immediate impact on how I saw my husband, and for the first time recognising how he saw me...but we were in the middle of a gut wrenching separation at the time and while the new information felt like the right answer - at the time I believed it was too late - so I deployed my learnings in my business. The effect on client acquisition, satisfaction, retention, and value was immediately palpable. Then the breakthroughs within the team, how we worked together, who was doing what role, how we hired, and how we managed feedback was immediately transformed. Over the course of several months, I shared bits and pieces of the process with my then 'ex-husband' and after 10 months of slowly acquainting with each other through this new lens, we reconciled and are now happily welcoming our first child. The applications of the information you can obtain from this process are limitless. This is not a 'woo woo' stand up and chant, sales focused, or mushy wooshy feel good program to help give your ego a dopamine boost for a few days. Found these courses so enlightening and beneficial to understand myself, who and why I am what I am, understand my past, my friends and relationships, and help for my future goals, plans and relationships I will need to cultivate. Rory's open and frank posing of questions and how he presents his research about our Archetypes is just so that we all can realise our faults, have light bulb moments and then learn to understand and communicate with the other archetypes, having learnt to use our new tools to the benefit of us all.

The program is brilliantly designed to empower you transforming known and unknown survival behaviors and integrate what you've always has felt is important, but you haven't had the courage to look into. For me this resulted in less fears, more assertiveness and openness from one side and deeper knowledge& compassion for myself and people I love. This is an absolute game changer for all relationships - intimate, personal, business. I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible experience of joining the Archetypal Relationship workshop. Honestly, this wasn’t even on my radar—I thought I had my life pretty well figured out at seventy-something. I’d become a master dodger and evader, coasting through life’s curveballs like a pro. This course has been a great way to better understand both myself and others I interact with. Really clearly seeing for the first time my natural traits, habits and gifts and knowing how I am "wired" has helped to transform my view of the world.
