I have own 3 lifetime hosting here. It is cpanel and i bought from deals at sharewareonsale.

Actually i got 6 hosting but they delete my 3 others (Mean i lose money for that 3 hosting).

For a while they change their system from Cpanel to Directadmin but im not receive any message or email. And they charge me each money about 1$ for one hosting. Why i already bought and i need to pay for that? They answer they already sent email to change cpanel to directadmin but im not response. With this case, if change is required why they ask me for what? Anyway, im not receive any message or ticket from their system. It crazy when pay lifetime hosting and need to pay more monthly :)

Finally, they suspend my account. So i pay for 6 hosting with lifetime deal. And now it gone :)

So, i say goodbye with scam hosting site.

From joining Arch Hosting to leaving I found their pre-sales/after-sales support absolutely outstanding. They were a far better price for service compared to my existing provider. Was sad when they announced their shutdown back in September 2019, however the hassle free transfer to shockhosting was quick and painless.

Shutting down! Purchase a lifetime hosting package, and upgrade to enterprise lifetime and now they are closing their doors. Despicable

Now out of business as of the 10th jan. I had no issues with them personally, their lifetime plan didn’t cost me anything extra (not sure why others had this issue). I was paying 2usd per month for a dedicated IP... however I have moved to shock hosting, for again 2USD per month (paid for a 3 year plan) which has a dedicated IP so... it’s nit costing me anything more than I was already paying.

The lifetime plan lasted only 1 year.....
they offically closed as of 10th of jan...

They are extremely rude. I bought a Lifetime subscription but are charging more fees. Now they decide they can be rude to me because their lifetime plan is to have lifetime users phase out.

They are cheaters. They usually offer one time purchase for life time and after a few months they ask you to pay monthly due to thier increase cost. If you need technical support, you have to buy point !!!!
This is ridiculous. They don't have live chant or telephone support and you should but credit, open ticket and they will replay after a few days.
Veryyy unsatisfied. They are so rude. As a current user, if you contact with their sale department, they say go and cancel your plan very rudely. They refund only a small percent of your money

Arch Hosting decided to cancel our order after we paid and asked for details and said that the product wasn't available anymore even though we were promised it was sold/reservered to/for us. Do not trust this host, they will take your money and make you wait for it 10 days.

I have a good experience with arch hosting, very efficient support team, and price are tempting. i didn't face any downtime, easy payment methods

Great experience so far. I've been using them for three months and had a great experience. Customer service responds promptly, and the servers are very fast. I migrated everything from GoDaddy (their highest upgraded shared hosting) to Arch Hosting - and I am saving money and my pages are loading faster. I highly recommend.

Very impressive customer support, always dedicated to solve user's issues.
Probably the best support I've had over the years. Contrary to NameCheap Hosting, the support are competent and patient, I'd love to stick with this host for a couple years.
