Got a call the next morning from ArcticSkylineMoves. "Just checking everything arrived okay". I said yes. They said "great, have a good weekend". No sales pitch. No "leave us a review". Just a genuine check-in. Refreshing.

The box with my plates wasn't labeled…
The box with my plates wasn't labeled fragile. I forgot. the movers from ArcticSkylineMoves found it, heard the clinking, and rewrapped everything without being asked. Not a single plate broke. Saved me from a lot of sadness.

Good work
Woke up that moving and the van i'd rented fell through. Called New York to Alaska Movers in a panic. They had someone available. I still don't fully know how.

Somewhere between the old place and the…
Somewhere between the old place and the new one i realized a bag i'd set aside for donation had gotten packed by mistake. The New York to Alaska Movers halped me find it without unpacking everything - just knew which box it was likely in from the weight and opened that one first. Right on the first try.
