**SCAMMERS

**SCAMMERS! Took My Money and Never Provided the VPS**

Areex Cloud and its owner, Piyush (`root_piyush`), are scammers. They took approximately 3,000+ INR from us for a VPS and never provided the service we paid for.

This is absolutely disgusting. They took our money and left us with nothing. I have proof of the payment, conversations and the entire situation, and I am willing to provide it to anyone who needs it.

The provider is based in India, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in this hosting provider.

**STAY AWAY FROM AREEX CLOUD. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER THE VPS. I HAVE PROOFS.**

Hi. We take all feedback seriously, but this review contains entirely false claims. At Areex Cloud, we maintain full delivery logs, server provisioning records, and communication histories. Our records clearly show that the service requested was fully deployed and provided. Furthermore, the agreed-upon payment was never settled on your end. We have invited you multiple times to share your transaction proof with our support team so we can review it publicly or privately, but these claims do not reflect reality. If you believe an error occurred, please open a formal ticket with your transaction ID through our official portal so we can look into it."

Regarding the IP changes, these typically occur during routine maintenance updates when the VPS restarts, which can occasionally cause Google Cloud to assign a new IP address. We understand this can be inconvenient if you are using a custom domain, and we are working to minimize these occurrences. Please note that this is an intermittent occurrence rather than a daily issue.
