I’m sorry for the frustration here. I checked and we did not receive a support email from you before this review, but I’m happy to personally look into order AR-10143 right away.
Just to clarify, “in stock” means the item is available to fulfill, but it does not always mean same-day shipment. We clearly list processing/shipping expectations at checkout, and smaller specialty orders can take a little longer than large marketplace platforms.
That said, I completely understand wanting reassurance before placing a larger order. Please email us directly at our support email with your order number, and I’ll make sure you receive a clear update on your shipment status. If there is any issue on our end, we will make it right.
