the product works but don't sign up for a membership its nearly impossible to get out of and I am still waiting on a return I sent for a refund. They bombard you with products and allow very little skip on shipments.

Horrible experience. Ordered a couple items, received an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation- then nothing…. 3 weeks
Goes by and I’m getting emails to leave a review on item I haven’t received. I reached out to customer “service” a week ago and have not received a response as of yet

I ordered product and never received it. They never sent a confirmation email or any other email notification, so I wasn’t sure if the order went through. It wasn’t until a month later that I noticed my credit card charged and I went into the company website and saw that they had marked the order as fulfilled and delivered as of a few weeks earlier. I received nothing. I contacted the company who said there was nothing they could do about it since I did not contact them within 24-48 hours of delivery - even though no delivery notification was ever sent. So they are keeping the $90 I paid. Dirty business.

Their business practices are unethical. I had cancelled my subscription - because their product didn't do anything - OVER a year ago... and guess what, all of a sudden, a new shipment is being sent to me, because I missed the email they sent YESTERDAY telling me my shipment is being prepared! WHEN I CANCELLED my subscription OVER a year ago. Now I went back into my account, and apparently, you have to click and click and click SO many times to cancel a subscription, apparently I hadn't clicked enough! That is employing unethical business practices. I will be flagging the transaction as fraudulent with my credit card. Apparently if you want to cancel your subscription you have to close your account completely. It also looks like I'm not the first person to complain about this on here. Additionally, the website neither allows you to REMOVE method of payment -- I literally cannot delete my credit card information, and get a message saying something like sorry it's Shopify, not our fault -- nor does it allow you to delete your account! This has been a shockingly bad experience for an ineffective product.

It hadn’t really done much for the grey at my temples after 4 months of use, so I went to their website to cancel. No hard feelings - I knew going in that the product works for some folks but not all. But here’s where things went sideways: there is no way to cancel your subscription on their website - you have to email their customer service. I emailed and asked them to cancel my subscription. It took a bit of back-and-forth to get them to cancel my subscription and, in the interim, I was sent another bottle that they wouldn’t allow me to return because it didn’t meet their guarantee, which requires me to have purchased enough bottles to have used it on my *entire head* for four months (I only have grey at my temples - why would I use it on my entire head?) They finally canceled my subscription but wouldn’t allow me to return the unopened bottle.

Really hate their Wait A Sec Dry Shampoo. Really hate their business model, where you can’t one time purchase any products but have to buy a subscription for everything. Had to email their customer support to cancel my subscription. Didn’t even occur to me that I could return it because they don’t say anything about returns, but after digging 4 weeks later I find it’s a 15 day return window. I absolutely hate their Wait A Sec Dry Shampoo, it does NOTHING for greasy hair. Since I cannot return it I will be tossing it in the trash to make room in my bathroom cabinet for a product that actually does the job, but I’m very angry all around at my experience with this company. Too many hoops to jump through and they keep you in the dark intentionally to dissuade you from initiating returns. What I WANT is my $30 back and to not look at this product I hate every time I open my medicine cabinet.
