Don't believe a word they say
Don't believe a word they say. Bought a extendable table 28th may 2021 with delivery off 7 to 10 days. Got email 1st june one and only time they actually contacted me to say delivery company had to plan route and would be 3 to 4 weeks. After 6 weeks still no table I had to contact them and varies other emails I sent back and forward with excuses shipping from abroad, covid restrictions blaming supplier to which I pointed out that my contract was with them not there supplier also pointed out they still advertised 2 to 3 weeks delivery. Finally lost patience and said wanted money back which I was told might be a deduction as order was on way. After phone conversation with Alexander who I must say was really nice polite and understanding was promised table would arrive week commencing 8th November yes November so this week arrived no word from AR or delivery company. So as usual had to contact again spoke with Alexander who went to speak to boss got back to me blaming the cop26 climate conference in glasgow and could not get delivery so just had to accept this and arranged to have delivered week beginning 22nd November and great table has arrived this week. This the best bit delivery driver asked for drink of water I said you travelled from Glasgow this morning no came from Birmingham. Must say table is great quality and really happy. AR do not try and rubbish my review as have all proof of purchase and emails I sent you. No apology whatsoever from company just feel sorry for Alexander.

The worst shopping experience ever
Unfortunately this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a beautiful belvedere sofa in early November which should have been delivered within six week's. I finally recieved it late March which I was very understanding about due to the disruption that covid had caused. When it did arrive l found that the base was broken. After numerous emails phone calls and photos to get a replacement l find myself now having to go to a small claims court. I have been continuously phobbed off about their supplier and l have now had no sofa to sit on for a year. My contract is with them and not where they get their supplies from I highly recommend that you buy from else where this is a diabolical company.

Shocking service
Would not recommend this company.....
Having g spoken to a Scottish man from this company a few times he only seemed interested I the trust pilot review.
I asked for this order to be cancelled as I did not want to deal with ar furnishings and was advised that this would be done..... a week or so later they have taken payment from my card even after asking that this be cancelled... I have contacted klarna who are looking into this.... this is shocking and would advise that you consider before purchasing from this company. Don't expect your order for atleast 4 weeks.
Delivery time not what I expected, 4 weeks....
Did not see this written clearly on the site
I have read ar furnishings response and is completely untrue, they called a couple of times asking me to take down the review as it was damaging to the company. I was not refunded straight away and ended up having to approach klarna to get the money back.
They should put the delivery expectations somewhere a little clearer to the customer so that it is completely visible.

This review updated a false review, she had ordered a dining set which the lead time clearly stated on our website was between 3/4 weeks. She failed to look and understand the fact items aren't instantly delivered after ordering and there are lead times in place for a reason. Her order was refunded right away and Klarna was notified to refund customer when she first asked, her review is a lie. We tried to communicate with the buyer in regard to her purchase however she would answer and hang up the call, we had also sent numerous emails asking for this review to be taken offline due to the customers own incompetence, however no reply.

Table and chairs …
I was waiting for my order 4 weeks but that's was expecting. Communication with the seller 5⭐ very helpful guy. Quality of the items... I can say good but not perfect, you can see that's company rushing to make you happy but do not put more attention on the product. More important for them is go by quantity not by quality. Is better to find the shop double check everything and then buy. Just forgot I was told two chairs would enter from one side of the table, unfortunately two chairs would not enter there... my wife was 🤬

I wish I could give 0 stars but trust…
I wish I could give 0 stars but trust pilot won’t let you . After 10 days of lying and bull sh..t on the phone they just cancelled order . They told me that when I placed the order they had the items in stock and would be dispatched within 4 days that was on the 18th . So I rang up today to ask for the progress of my order and was told they had been sent on the 22nd but it was only a 2 man team and no tracking order was given. So when I asked to supply me a tracking number or some sort of proof that they are out for delivery they cancelled my order ???? . Even the young lad who answered the phone was shocked on what happened but i think it all down to his useless supervisor who can not do his job right in the so called warehouse 😂😂 . So all I’m saying do not believe a word this company says to you they take your money and never keep you updated on anything and you won’t get your items I just wished I looked on hear first for the reviews on them it’s shocking.and as for the reply you are nothing but a bunch of lying scum bags who just fob people off with lying constantly to the customers. And as for the warehouse so called manager he needs to sort his communication’s out with the so called customer service lad who’s sick of all the flack he gets from the customers this company has been lying too . 10 days of total fobbing off . 10 days of my life waisted talking to this company.

All the information provided on your order was accurate, your order was dispatched and with our 2 man logistics company.
However the reason your order was cancelled was down to how you spoke to our call handler, the threats of coming down to the warehouse to "take care of the warehouse manager" and being rude and aggressive. If any customer threatens team members, their orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately. We do not tolerate this behaviour at all.

Apart from delivery chairs are good indeed.
