GREAT Business Owners
Spoke with one of the Business Owners of the store, he was accomodating and customer focused. While the other Business Owner that is more frequent in managing the store is very helpful and knowledgeable with Gunpla hobby.

I'd never been in such a store and they took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explaining the work required and what to expect, and helped me at every step with honing in on the perfect product for me.

Shipping company's tracking wasn't…
Shipping company's tracking wasn't getting updated and I had an immediate response back from Argama about it. They contacted the shipping company and got everything sorted out while keeping me in the loop. Fantastic service from William in Argama customer service!

Argama Hobby reached out to me early when there was a possible error in my order and made things right after that turned out to be the case, free of charge. While there are those that prefer there be no mistake in the first place, we do not live in a perfect world. As a customer I know I can trust Argama Hobby.

Thank you for your rating. We have investigated your case. We noticed that your order is placed on Aug 28 which was the day we closed due to Convention. Normally we ship all orders out within 3 business days but we have made an announcement on our website and major social media of closing the business for that week as our team was totally exhausted after convention and store also needs to be tidied up for our normal operation to resume. You order unfortunately fell onto this inconvenience timing. Our apologies to that.
This is our first year of attending conventions with our small team and arrangement is not perfect. Rest assured this is a not our normal turnaround time and we have been consistently fulfilling our customers’ expectation on dispatch time and shipping quality over the years. We hope you will place confidence on us going forward.
