Bike got damaged in transit I took it back replaced it there and then even put it together for me will be back there next week as my lad wants to race me lol really happy with the service 10/10👍

Massive thanks to Liam and Pete for sorting me out with my pit bike. Both of them were really friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The bike is brilliant and I’m having loads of fun with it already. They did a great job with the assembly, delivered it to me, and took the time to help with everything I needed. Really reliable guys with great customer service — I definitely would and have recommend them.

The service from these guys was outstanding and very accommodating from the start. Took my little
Boy to pick his first quad and straight away we both felt very welcomed and it was easy to get my little boy settled in to pick his fave quad bike.

Went on it Christmas Day and noticed a few Bolts and his chain had stretched which came loose when riding which is expected as the new chains will stretch a little. One phone call and they told us to bring it back even on there day off and they fixed it with no issues.

I would not hesitate to recommend these to anybody who is after or wants to find the best possible.

Would 100% buy again and also looking at purchasing one for myself.

Though not a traditional review, I can wholeheartedly endorse this choice. I'm currently deciding on a dirt bike for my 15-year-old son. Would a 125cc big wheel or a 150cc electric/kickstart be better? He's ridden a bit before, but this would be his first bike to own.

A company ran by 2 honest guys. Purchased a ready built 50cc 2 stroke quad for my 4 year old lad and its fantastic.

Bought the bike , they built it same day as was a lot more convenient for me as I travelled. Bike had no issues runs great & reassured me if any problems to contact them and they will sort it. ( peace of mind).

Highly recommend this great bike mechanic. Honest, great knowledge, friendly and flexible with time. Definitely will see you again. Thank you for your help and advice. 5***** 👏🏼

Recently purchased a 50cc mini dirt bike for my nephew Peter and Liam where very helpful and supportive and friendly assured me if I had any issues to call. Easily contactable and resolved any matters even contacted me the following day to check everything was OK. I would recommend Aria bikes

Wow what nice set of lads father and son team work absolutely amazing together the bike shop is 10/10 you can go down see the bikes choose whichever 1 suits you best and take it home the same day my kid road his bike for nearly a year when the carb went I gave them a call they told me to bring it up I went up and it was sorted within mins they also checked the bike over to make sure everything was spot on quick service and the bike was like brand new again both father and son very nice people and very skilled in the bike industry I would 1 million % recommend to everyone…

Absolute fantastic all round service. Opened up the shop for us when it was closed for bank holiday and both arrived to assist. Went through all the details we needed to know, as it was my sons first pit bike. It was very daunting, but both Liam and Steve told us everything we needed to know and reassured me. We saw the bike we wanted and helmet and stayed in contact during the week to arrange collection etc. They built the bike without any hesitation. When we collected, I felt at ease as they went through absolutely everything you could think of and showed us what we needed to know and just answered questions and gave guidelines about where to ride and if we have any problems, to contact them. They gave my son a freebie for his birthday and it was just very thoughtful of them to do. They even put some fuel in for him to have a try before we finally left and then helped put the bike in the car. Will come back again when my other sons are ready. 5* all round and thank you very very much!

Bought a 110cc semi automatic pitbike had issues from the start with the kick start it was very stiff and seemed like it was binding on something so changed the oil after that it wasn't as bad but only managed to get 4x shots of the bike and then the engine kept cutting out. Had someone come get a look at and upon inspection the magneto cover didn't have a gasket fitted and allowed lots of dirt and water inside causing it to clog up and rust the chain and magneto after cleaning it out tried to kick-start the bike but the kick start level only moved 2x and now won't move at all tried to contact the company about it but the have pretty much just said its out of warranty witch they only give 28 days for. if I had known this before i bought the bike i would of went and bought one elsewhere instead also have issues with the build quality the swinging arm doesn't line up properly where the wheel adjusters are and it looks like a child has done the welding with one hand and there eyes closed.

We have bought a 125 pit and 150 pit in the last month excellent service all round and lots of fun and memories to be made my dad and son built the 125 and was very easy to assemble I asked the guys to built the 150 for me which they did both ride excellent except when you get to confident 🤣 note to me slow down all round please and would definitely recommend these guys thank you

Got the 110cc quad Starts ok but after half hour of use just wont start up properly, bad attitude from the shop just wont take responsibility for it, you cant get the quad wet or muddy, only used twice since Christmas day already looking to sell.

Absolutely fantastic service and the customer service with Liam and Pete went above and beyond we highly recommend and will definitely be returning one very happy son with a fantastic product

Great communication, even when a damaged part was found after first use, a replacement part was sent out and received with a few days. Great service and will buy again no problem in the future!

My experience with this company could'nt have been they did everything ti accommodate and situation I had.
I bought oil that was to rich and the bike kept bogging down they contacted me back boxing day and was very nice about it also sent me a part/s as gesture of good will. I recommend this company and liam the person who dealt with me has the patience of a saint, thank you aria bikes 👍
