I ordered an outfit on pre order on the…

I ordered an outfit on pre order on the 3rd may. Paid £100 on the basis it would be with me 3 weeks later.
It has now been 7 weeks!!! They then sent a universal email out saying it would be with me this week and it STILL isn’t. No replies to my messages or emails.

I needed this for my hen do next week!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I sent my order back over a week ago #213611 and nothing they owe a £115 pounds. They do not answer any emails or Instagram. The customer service is a shit show! I will now be taking this up with my bank. They need shutting down

Scam - ignoring messages

I ordered 2 dresses from here, both of which I wanted to return as one was poor quality and the second was too big and I wanted a smaller size. I tried to return them via the portal but it said I was out of the return period even though I wasn’t. I emailed aria cove and DM’d them on instagram MULTIPLE times to ask how I return the items as the portal isn’t working and they have gone radio silent. I would not reccomend this brand at all, make sure you all stay clear.

MISSING ITEM

Received an email from the company to ask for feedback on my item. For the item I can’t make a comment as it still has not arrived after being told it was due for delivery this week however I can comment on the customer service which has been awful. All instagram messages have been ignored regarding my order and one email has been sent in reply to my recent bad review. Hopefully the dress comes soon before I take this further!!

Faulty Bikinis, poor quality

I just received my order #217501 although it arrived quick (paid for express) the bikinis themselves are defected.

Both are the same style and size XS but fit completely different. The white one is TINY and the black and white stripped one has an uneven cup and faulty stitching.

I am please requesting a full refund for these, happy to send them back ASAP this is appalling quality and I’m so disappointed, really had high hopes.

I've emailed and waiting for a reply!

Bad Customer service

Order number - 206021
I ordered multiple dresses from Aria Cove to try for my graduation dresses. One item was a preorder Junie, so I knew I wouldn't get that dress at the same time as my other items. The items I did get didn't fit/suit me so wanted to return all the items for a refund as I have near £300 worth of clothes from them but had to wait for the last item, preorder Junie, to be able to send all back . My preorder was finally shipped however ended up being delivered near Birmingham and I live near Kent. The item being shipped separately and to a location that isn't mine means that I now have £300 worth of clothes that I can no longer return on the return portal because I am outside of window due to how long this has taken. I have emailed Aria Cove on multiple occasions providing my reference number and on their Instagram DM and I have had no response at all. I am shocked at the customer service and I would not recommend them all due to the lack of response. I am also shocked to learn other people have had the same issue and Aria Cove should near prompt on their instagram the 48hrs reply times when they completely ignore you.

Absolutely awful customer service. Ignoring all of emails, deleting my Instagram comments and not responding. Delayed postage & then declining my refund request after delivery even though the t&c’s state nothing but the time frame!!!

Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order three weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve chased multiple times for an update and requested the cancellation of my order, but I haven’t had a response to either. Thankfully, I was able to raise the dispute with my credit card company and get the transaction refunded, but it was still an inconvenience. It seems this is a recurring theme with this company, and I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

DONT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!! Absolutely terrible customer service. An item was missing from my parcel despite paying full price for it. I’ve emailed X3 times, messaged on Instagram and even commented om TikTok and still heard nothing. It’s now been 2 weeks and still nothing. They state that they come back to you within 48hrs but by looking at these reviews it’s very clear that they never come back to you at all! I’m not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but it’s just unacceptable with how they’re get away with this - needs to be sorted

It won’t let me directly respond so I’m having to edit my review. Yes I did receive my item 2 days ago however I no longer need it (I’ve already come back from holiday) and it won’t let me generate a return as it’s past 7 days (even though I only recieved it 2 days ago!) Please can you help me to generate a return for this bikini as well as the MAE set as I was specially waiting for the KIMMY bikini to arrive to wear the set

Thieving company

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Would never recommend this company. There was an item missing from my order, I emailed them 3 times and dm’d them on instagram but had no response. I then came to trust pilot and discovered others were having the same issues. I decided to leave comments on their social media posts with the trust pilot reviews link and only then did they decide to respond on Instagram and refunded me immediately. They’re obviously trying to pull a fast one by not including items in orders, not responding to any customer service queries and not refunding people for their returns. I can’t believe they haven’t been exposed sooner, the co founders are living a lavish lifestyle off other peoples losses and they couldn’t care less. How do they sleep at night?

Edit: A small team trying to keep up but whoever is running socials is able to post every day and not reply to comments/dm’s? Only replied to my dm once they had enough of me copy and pasting the trust pilot link on their posts and managed to refund me instantly. I’m never one to leave bad reviews but this has really wound me up seeing how many people they are doing out of money.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a dress on 26/05, over 5 weeks ago. I paid £12 for Saturday delivery which I obviously haven't received. Emailed them countless amount of times about where my order is, but ignored and had no reply Don't even want the dress, just a refund but doubt I'll even be getting that.

The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service ever. Ordered a dress on next day delivery, 8 days later still no sign of my parcel and no response to my emails. Finally receive the dress, which does not look like the picture, and want to return it as the event I wanted it for has been and gone, despite this being two days since receiving my order I was told the returns window has closed, I have emailed three times asking them to help me return this item and had no response.

I ordered a pre-order dress on the 10th of April. I received an email that there was a delay in this would be sent on the second week of May. I’ve not received any updates since this and neither have I received the dress. I’ve sent three emails now all non-responded to. I paid £50 for the dress it’s not acceptable.

Order not received

Ordered a white co ord set on 23 April. I was told it would be a 3 week delivery but have still not received it to date. I paid £70 for this outfit. I have emailed customer services and sent the company a message on Instagram and I have still not received any response. It does not look like I will be receiving the item or a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company!!

I ordered a dress, delivery was quick however they’d sent me the wrong dress. I emailed explaining, along with photos. I gave it a few days to get a response, however had no reply. I emailed again and still to this day had no response. I gave them the chance to send me the correct dress, but decided in the end to try and process a return. Unsurprisingly, they still haven’t sent me the return process so i am unable to do anything with this dress. Would not recommend this company!

Taken my money and still no dress!

Ordered the Elle dress about a month ago now and still haven’t received anything. Emailed the first time and got told that it was a stock problem and id have my dress by the 19th of May. I still haven’t received anything and I’ve emailed 3 more times and been ignored.They are also ignoring messages on Instagram. Do not buy from this brand. £50 gone.

Never order from this company!!!!

Honestly so disappointed. I ordered a dress on the 8th of May to be told 3-5 days delivery, still waiting on the 23rd of May. I’ve emailed 3 times and messaged twice on social media. I can see someone else who has had the same experience. Spent £65 for this dress and clearly I won’t recieve my order.
