Excellent Support and Prompt Resolution
We had an issue with Arihant Global’s SMS API that affected OTP delivery for our application. The issue required technical investigation and coordination to get the service restored.
I would like to especially appreciate Abhishek Yadav for his outstanding support throughout the process. He stayed closely involved, responded promptly, coordinated with the technical team, and kept us supported until the issue was resolved.
The level of ownership and cooperation he demonstrated made the entire process much smoother. We appreciate his professionalism and commitment to helping customers resolve technical issues.
