They are exactly what I was looking for. Now I can get rid of all the old knives that wouldn't cut butter. I am very pleased with the purchase, should have done it sooner. It was very straight forward to order. The package came within the week. It was a gift and the person loved it. It was just what they wanted. It was a Staysharp knife block. I have used Staysharp knives before and have found them very good.
