Here it is my bad decision and experience. I ordered the "135-Piece Morandi-Colored Cat Shaped Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle". I paid by card and I realized that they charged me 8usd more than what was written on the order confirmation. 12 days later my order arrived. In the meantime, I was receiving tracking updates from a company called tracking-hub. Those were completely wrong since the day I received my parcel, my tracking was showing that the order is in the US. Anyway, I open my package and the printing quality of the product has nothing to do with what you see in their website. The color also does not match.

I reached out to their CS team and they were helpful. They refunded the overcharge but I wanted then to send me the money back and I would send their product back with tracking. They did offer this to me but after checking how much it would cost me, I gave up since the sending is more than the refund they would make.

I would not order from them again.

This is a typical scam. They do not send what you order, and then when you tell them, they say that it was not sent because of my local post office, and they require another payment to a re-send (to scam you of more money). Never buy from this.

The worst customer service EVER. Do not buy from this company. I ordered an Advent calendar in October and as of today December 14th it still has not arrived. Customer service clearly does not know where it is. It has either been in Toronto since November 17th or it is in Spain. The use of their tracking service mentioned in another review is a paid (expensive) service clearly another rip off.

What I liked:
I eventually did get my product (a jigsaw puzzle), 15 days after I ordered it. It was packed in a cardboard box and then wrapped into the shipment pouch. The pouch was intact, but the cardboard box inside was a bit flimsy and had opened on one side. The wooden puzzle was intact though, and exactly what I had expected. Payment had been via PayPal.

What I did not like:
After the order confirmation I did not hear anything from the company for seven days. No updates on delivery dates, tracking number or else.
Only when I contacted them via the ''order confirmation'' email address, I received the following reply:
Order no. XXXXXX Products include YYYYYY Order placed on 2025-11-12 19:27:05. Your tracking number is ZZZZZZZ.

No other contact address, impressum, company details... were given.

The tracking website opened and yielded a host of shipment details (Chinese characters, but there was a translation tool), but without any specific locations.
Upon refreshing, more shipment details were added every few days, increasing the final list to 35 stations. Honestly, I was getting worried if I had fallen for a hoax.

After two weeks I sent another enquiry to the only address I had (the one of the order confirmation), and got exactly the same response as the first one.

When the shipment arrived today I was hugely relieved.

Lesson learnt: Be careful, cross-check, cross-check, cross-check. In my case it did work and I did get my shipment exactly as ordered, but the procedure cost a lot of adrenaline.

As another reviewer mentioned, this company somehow increased the price of their product via hidden fees AFTER I checked out. I didn’t know that was possible/legal.

I ordered a cervical traction device. They didn’t send me the product that they advertised, but rather a poorly-made facsimile that failed the first time I tried to use it. I was nearly injured when a strap suddenly broke. The product page claims this device can support 400lbs, but it broke with less than 180lbs.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they suggested that I, “just sew it back together.” Keep in mind, this is being advertised as an at-home medical product.

When I insisted on a refund, they offered $5 for a $45 purchase. After a week of back and forth, they said an $11 refund is the best they can do because, “Our optimal resolution is providing a replacement or modest compensation."

Their customer service agent ignored me when I asked about the “100% guaranteed quality” claim on the product webpage. When I sent him the literal text on their webpage about requesting and receiving a refund, they ignored me. They never identified themselves, and it’s unclear if they actually read my emails. The communication was like a broken record offering only a modest refund.

The customer service agent never disputed my claim that they were violating their posted policy; or that the product they sent me was not the product they advertised. They just ignored all of that and offered “modest refunds” that barely covered those hidden fees that appeared after checkout.

Now here's the crazy part...

After a bit of digging, I discovered that Arithmeticlous copied another company’s product page for the cervical traction device. They copied the images, the videos, the gifs and the written copy. Not only that, they copied the other company’s social media ads (seen on IG). Again, I don’t see how any of this can be legal. I’ve alerted the company they plagiarized and I hope they take action.

(If that sounds too crazy to be true, just look up “cervical neck stretcher” by VivoSleep. Then compare that product page to “cervical neck traction device” by Arithmeticlous.)

In summary, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. From the false adversing and bogus product claims, to the failure to stand by their posted policy, Arithmeticlous lied to me and defrauded me every step of the way. And they even plagiarized their product page content and ads from another company.

Do not buy from them.

Tax prices did not appear during the payment .
I only discovered the exorbitant amount after the fact.
9$ for a 25$ item... ? WTF

I had bought some cockroach poison in gel packs and they do not work at all!! All it did was make them worse.

The product was fake the packaging was different there was none of the original branding nor composition.
Disappointed that they have the audacity to use Dr Dubrow video of his product.

SCAM!! This is a total scam and blatant false advertising. They show videos of a product that is a liquid that you simply wipe on and it returns shine to the surface immediately. What I received for $28.00 is three small bottles (like a touchup paint bottle) with a white pasty substance that is obviously polishing compound. Not liquid. It does not wipe on like the video shows. You have to buff it and remove dead paint and even then it doesn’t shine. It’s polishing compound. It was also supposed to be a kit with an application sponge and buffing towels none of which were in my order. I am trying to get a refund and I am filing complaints with business control agencies and my credit card company. No success yet

Two hours after I purchased this item I saw a review to not buy this product. I tried to cancel the order but refused saying just wait till you get the product. So I did. Very cheaply made in chine and not worth the money when I tried to return the item as I was unsatisfied with the product and there page stated that they would refund the item if you were not satisfied. 18 emails later they are still trying to flog me off and not keeping there promises. Do not buy from this shady company. Absolutely disgusting service and they love to time waste with useless emails. Never again with the horrible dishonest people that will just keep you going in circles. Terrible company. Do not buy.

I paid extra for expedited delivery with 12 days allowed for delivery. Still waiting.

This is 100% a scam. I bought a product over a month ago and can now confirm I'm never going to see it.
They are using a fake package tracking site that updates you every 2-3 days with fake info.
At the bottom of every email they send are 5 links to social media, except it just leads to the homepage of the site instead of their social media site.
Not to mention that every time i open a link from them, my browser plugin warns me that the link i just clicked is harmful.
Oh and all the 4-5 star reviews are bots. note that none of them have a real title and they a all talking about some "gadget" that works really well, a comment like that can be posted to any business, no matter what they are selling.
Report them and take your losses.

I made a order from theese guys 3/12-2024. I havent recived my order yet… and the tracking link / number does not exsist… seems like it is a Big scam site .
