I bought a $1600 print head. After I did the bank transfer they cut off all communication with me. They wouldn’t return any emails, texts or phone calls.
Scammers. Do NOT buy from them.

SCAM!!, The Arizaprint stop responding as soon as they recive your payment. It's a criminal organization. These positive reviews are 100% fake. I should have read reviews before wiring money to Arizaprint. Unfortunately, it's too late now. I hope you don't fall for it like I did.

TOTAL SCAM! We placed order for one printhead, they sent invoice, we sent them money and suddenly they said we had to buy $2000 worth of heads. We "cancelled" the order and they said they would refund us in 30 days. We haven't seen a dime. TOTAL LIARS AND CHEATS! Shame on them. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

si dimostrano gentili fino all'ordine e al pagamento. Poi paghi e ti dicono che devi raggiungere un minimo d'ordine per la spedizione. Chiedi il rimborso e ti dicono che verrà effettuato dopo un mese. Poi il nulla. Non rispondono.

They actually shiping prinhtead new original. I still can't believe the cheap price I got the original printhead.

Don t buy to us, never paid without paypal.
They ask a small amout for small order and once they have money ask you more cause of new rules of company.

This company ARIZAPRINT, their "carrier firm" MERPATIEXPRESS, and their other company HARIS EFENDI. They are all scam. All fraud. I just got ripped off 7500 USD. DO NOT EVEN LOG IN to their website. They will rip you off from your money and mental health!

Story:
I ordered 8 printheads for cheap(!). They asked for the half of the money first, then the rest. After 6000 USD, there were a 1500 USD tax. I reacted but they told me they will not ship my products without this payment too, and I went ahead and paid! about a week later, arizaprint.com is SUSPENDED. merpatiexpress.com is SUSPENDED. Their phones are dead, their mails are silent. Basically, that was classic rip-off.

So avoid at all costs.

Purchase an epson 7800 printhead never arrived. Reached out to support as they guaranteed your money back, no where does it list that on their site.

Don’t believe what you see. India runs scams in USA daily.

Arizaprint is running a scam. I ordered an Epson 7800 printhead from them and paid for this item and for it to be couriered to me. I was dealing with someone called Posman Ndruru. After accepting my order and my money, Posman then told me that in terms of their selling conditions, I did not meet their minimum order of $2000 and that he would send the head to me if I made the payment I had sent up to $2000. The balance of the $2000 they would keep and I could order other goods to make up the difference. When I pointed out to him that I didn't need anything else from them and that he had had enough time to advise me of their so called terms, he said I could cancel the order and they would reimburse the amount I had paid to them. When I cancelled the order, he then advised that they would only reimburse in 30 days. Needless to say, this Posman character has not responded when I requested my money back after I waited for 30 days. I have no doubt that the positive reviews this site has received were generated by Arizaprint themselves. They or this Posman are nothing but scammers!
