As a small business, I'm just one person juggling many hats. So, that means I have to be my own graphic designer when I'm not in fact a graphic designer. What drew me to Arka was that sturdy cardboard box that when folded, it has that thick structure for security.
I make jewelry and was not interested in other companies with their 10 different sizes, I just wanted a custom "one size fits all" and even that was a challenge as most jewelry box companies are limited in single larger sizes.

Arka has changed the game! I was mind blown with their DIY online 3D models. It took some time to get used to, but I think it keeps costs down making Arka affordable. In my opinion, you are your own designer, so have fun with it.

My only concern is that when my custom boxes arrived, the spottiness of the cardboard is more noticeable on lighter colors. I have an off-white color background. It's not a big issue for me as my brand goes for that rustic nature look, it's just a heads up to anyone reading this. I'll notice it, but my friends, family, and customers just love what Arka has made for me and I've been telling them and all my art friends if they need to step up or add a personal touch to their packaging game, Arka is where to go.

Failed to take accountability for a significant drop in quality on a repeat order. Pixelated and fuzzy prints. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly gaslit me and placed blame on my artwork & the printing method (digital)—despite the fact that the previous order, using the exact same artwork and dimensions, was produced without issue. Refused to process a refund or issue a remake, but willing to provide a discount code. I'm not sure what would give me the faith to issue another order when you've provided such low quality products and service.

Arka failed to make it right with us when our order arrived more than 14 days late for the second time in a row.

They printed our box order with a shipping label embedded on it. The proofs that we saw did not have those, and it magically appeared on the proofs that they shared. Also, we had ordered the same boxes before that were printed correctly. There was no real resolution from their side, so we had to eat it. We switched suppliers as a result.

Great boxes! Best customization process I’ve seen. A little expensive but worth it.

We had a great experience with Arka and would gladly order from them again. There was a quality issue with our first production order, but Arka promptly replaced the affected units—much appreciated!

I have been ordering our mailers from Arka for over 2 years and am really pleased with their service, professionalism and reactivity.

The design interface is easy to use, and I just love that I needed help finding my account. I emailed a rep I had in my inbox; they worked there even years later and immediately provided the information I needed to reorder. A beautiful company that makes gorgeous boxes!

As a custom event planner, with high end clients, I have to plan, coordinate, order and deliver scores of details within each event. My client asked me to arrange for a custom box to hold two wine glasses she was giving to attendees. Despite scores and scores of emails and more than 3 hours talking to the "customer service" agent, the box that was delivered was pretty but entirely too big for the project. Mind you, I took measurements of every detail of the glasses, the height, base, diameter of the opening, etc. and sent photographs of the contents, and told them exactly what kind of box we needed...only to get one that was about 2 inches too large at every point. I wasted no less than three weeks waiting for this order, only to have to start all over again with another vendor. This huge disappointment put my project in jeopardy because of the delays. Their "online" design tool prove fruitless as well. I will not reach out to this company again.

Arka’s products are by far the best quality packing supplies I have found! Their printing is top notch and they’re eco-friendly. Also, the customer service has been outstanding. I can’t say enough nice things about Arka.

it was all good, until the boxes I ordered were delivered to my house, and not my warehouse. Needless to say, quite the inconvenience. ARKA said it was my fault and they won't participate in the cost I am incuring to fix it. I didn't think it's fair as they had my warehouse address as to be the shipping one. Regardless, I asked them to at least give me a shipping label, which I'd pay, but to help me at least with that. I never got a response from them, even though I emailed them about 5 times. I also see that the logo on the boxes is a little blurry and also, even with the insert, the product is flying around the box and doesn't stay steady. And now I am stuck with 200 boxes in my house, no response and 0 customer service. So no, I do not recommend ARKA.

Arka provided a high quality package at a great price point. The packaging print came out just like I designed it and their customer service has been great.

I've worked with Arka the last few years to prepare an illustrated holiday box for a local bakery. They are really good at communicating throughout the proof process, and the boxes are always beautifully printed and sturdy.

The service was excellent, accidentally misspelled my email and they figured it out. I ordered some boxes and they were just what we were expecting and asked for!!

The quality of the boxes is great, but:
- production times are long, though I haven't found another supplier who is faster
- there is little transparency on the status of shipping and delivery. I have to proactively go into my account to see the status, and the tracking number is the unmarked number above the "reorder" button
- Automated emails with status changes in production, shipping, delivery would be helpful
- customer service is hard to reach by phone and email responses are typically a bit slow

Such awesome customer service. Fast delivery. The mailer boxes we ordered were a hit (among some pretty important institutional investors). Can’t recommend them enough! 10/10

I really liked the boxes and were sturdy and straightforward to put together. Customer service is good and they respond quickly if you keep contacting them. Overall I am pleased with them.
