Called today for some advice
Called today for some advice. Answered was an English speaking accent Asian receptionist male who had nothing but attitude. No intention to help or have empathy but give 0% customer service.
Call didn’t even last a min and when I addressed he’s rude behaviour he was talking over me and he shouted over what are you do about it. Well mate all I can do is write a review and advice no to use this service for CCJ removal there are like a million other Solicitors’s do not you this one.

CCJ REMOVAL
Went to get change car finance and realised I had a ccj from a parking fine I never received I contacted ARK CMCS and they sorted it for me straight away . I’m now CCJ free . What a great help the team has been I highly recommend.

CCJ removal, great service.
Reza made contact with me after a few enquiries to a few different companies. I decided to go with ARK CMCS due to how helpful Reza was, great guy and built confidence to assist of the removal of my CCJ.
Today the courts finalised and my CCJ has dropped for from my credit file, after not knowing if was sat there for 3 yrs and I couldn’t rent a new property.

Very Happy Customer
Very easy, they acted quickly and the Claimant has agreed to set aside my CCJ as I was living at a different address, just forgot to update V5 form!
Ark were very user friendly and were quick with responding if I had any queries or issues. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank Reza enough for his help and support throughout the process of getting my CCJ removed. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. His guidance was clear, reassuring, and easy to follow every step of the way.
Before speaking with Reza, I genuinely believed I would have to wait 6 years for the CCJ to come off my record. Thanks to his advice and expertise, that wasn’t the case. The whole experience was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outcome.

Just as I was losing all hope
Just as I was losing all hope, I contacted this company to assist me with the removal of a CCJ for a parking ticket which was 5 years old. I paid the fee and they did everything for me and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do. They were extremely efficient and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had and I have now had the CCJ removed. I would absolutely recommend them !

Amazing company
The first time I got off the phone with Reza from Ark, I felt like a MASSIVE weight was lifted. He spoke to me like a normal human being and was so confident he could sort out my issue (CCJ sent to me while abroad) after DAYS of searching, phoning other solicitors (who had no idea what to do) and hours in the phone to citizens advice etc… it was so nice to have him share his knowledge, contacts and industry experience in a way that felt so human.
The court took ages, but ARK CMCS had my paperwork sorted within the day, and had drafted everything for me to send off. They also sent me updates, gave me advice, and oversaw the whole case.
CCJ is now gone, credit score shot back up, and all because of this brilliant firm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Exceptional service
I was in a situation where I really didn't know what to do. My former electricity supplier was dishonest and sent me inflated bills, which ultimately resulted in me receiving a CCJ. ARK CMCS's service exceeded my expectations; they managed to get my CCJ removed very quickly and the debt was also cancelled. I am extremely grateful for their service.

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company! We have been dealing with Ark since April 25. They did everything on there side within a couple of weeks and shortly after submitting the company agreed to set aside. The court is what took the longest to approve however Ark has been supportive and advising all the way through! The CCJ has been fully removed and we cannot thank them enough! Highly, Highly recommend!!!
