Do NOT choose Arketa! I got to launch day just shy of a year go and at the 11th hour is when shit hit the fan. All the promise with reporting and set up didn’t come through. Over $5K I spent and after hiring lawyers they Finally promised 9months later to give me my money back. That promise was 3 months ago. They have ghosted me since. I still do not have my money. They really have no idea what is going on nor do they care about you and your business. Be warned and I will happily keep you updated when and if they return my money. But the most important thing you need to do is do your research, notice all the comments about them and realize if they don’t have what you want and promise you it’s coming…it’s NOT!!

Got all that help I needed when signing up and migrating! Still get the support I need til this day.

I would just like to warn anyone against using Arketa for their business. We have been paying a very high rate to them for over a year because we wanted a quality software company. Unfortunately, we cannot even get so much as their extremely delayed AI support anymore. There is ZERO support. It's incredible. Every time you try to access help you get a pop up that says they are experiencing high volume and the wait times are longer than usual. They sweet talk you, lock you in and then abandon you. I would never recommend Arketa. Ever.

Was sales called by a guy named Dylan. It’s not the first time he called. He tried to convince me that Arketa was worth changing my current booking software for.

I was skeptical as he spoke like a teenager without any professionalism however I agreed to a demo.

My signal dipped for a second as I was driving and Dylan must have believed I had gone off the call because he then spoke to a 3rd party referring to me as ‘dodgy’ and then said ‘F’ this guy’ and hung up.

Totally unprofessional service from an immature young man.

Brilliant initial sales pitch, initially great support when you are setting up with useful video links, great looking graphics and then car crash. No website delivered, multiple deadlines, including the promised one by Head of Support, all missed, with no communication as to why. The whole experience has been disempowering for a small business, as well as costing money, and causing lots of unnecessary work.

Their app doesn’t work. We have lost hundreds of dollars and our students hate it. What’s the point of a branded app if no one can use it?
