Honestly the best ark hoster going. Easy to use control panel with easy simple guides to follow prices are not expensive and they cluster your servers for free!. I currently have a 6 server cluster and i must say i have had no issues with lag.

Ticket response time is insanely fast i think the most i have waited was 15 minutes. But, my issues have been resolved fast and i must say thank you to the team!.

i got my friend to transfer over, and that was based on performance of server alone!. the support team is wonderful and usually quick to reply.

this hosting company are very quick , polite and very proffesional
i had a few issues and the team had me back up and running in minutes ,
prices are reasonable and a very professional team and i highly recommend this hosting company to anyone :)

This customer service is straight up top of the line. Insanely fast response, almost no redirecting and polite employees with a lot of knowledge. Glad that I got helped so quick, my problem was solved very quick.

UPDATE:
You better hope that you don't ever have any difficulty on the weekend, as the technical support crew for the weekend is astronomically unhelpful. They don't actually read the tickets and provide no actual help other than stock answers that don't relate to your question at all.

The Good:
Great customer service, fantastic response times (Literally two minutes went by and I had a response to my help ticket), great price. Three excellent qualities that definitely make these people worth the money.

The Bad:
Constant stability issues, server crashes fairly regularly, and we often have difficulty connecting. Server Control Panel says everything is fine, but Steam/Ark can't find our server until we stop & restart, sometimes we have to restart several times before it begins working.

I also recommend having a VERY short snapshot timer, ours is set for every 15 minutes since our server was so spotty for a while we would lose hours of play at a time.

All in all I am content, their customer service and affordability really makes up for the server stability issues. (Having a short snapshot timer is a good workaround for that particular problem.) Server still crashes, but losing a few minutes of work rather than an entire evening is much easier to take.

A good server host with excellent costumer service. Very quick responses when asking for assistance with any issue.

Great service. Easy to use. Only problem I have had was when they got hacked but it was resolved very quickly.

I haven't had any problems with this service so far. The ui is fantastic and easy to use, and all the players are able to get a solid connection to the server.

To start off with I am a new customer to the server, so far it's been up with almost no problems and the problems I did face were resolved 'relatively' quickly. We came from Survival Servers and this service is FAR better and far more slots for much cheaper / same price. The pros about this place is the ease of use, the lay out is SO much more advanced, granted it's missing things here and there, but for the price, service and low lag it's pretty unbelievable. I just wish they had more games available. it feels like false advertising them saying over 600 games available yet only allowing you access to like 8-10 with an ark server. It's a little fishy at best. If my opinion changes I will be sure to update this. For the server hosters out there I have tried, this one seems to be the best so far.

Edit: Our server is in LA California. Ping is 20-30 ms. Wonderful connection, hardly any drop outs.

I suggest your admin use cheat saveworld very often or set it up so RCON automatically saves it for you because it's easy to revert saves.

The back ups on this site are also flawless, No complaints there. Wish they had more config options, that's my only complain about the site itself.

I didn't like the first customer service rep I got in touch with as he seemed very unhappy to help me out and gave me a traditional "textbook" link and support help with little to no personal interaction whatsoever. Cut and Paste. I told them straight up don't post that stuff to me, help me out or I'll be looking elsewhere, I was immediately forwarded to the senior rep who handled my problem with professional etiquette as well as urgency. Very pleased with HIS server, unlike the other rep. I will keep using this service for now.

There service is one of the best, They are cheap yes but that does not mean the services are rubbish.

I have had servers in the past with this company and they have never let me down.

This service is highly recommended! The support is fantastic, You will normally get a reply within 10 minutes of your ticket request and they are more than happy to do their best to help and fix any problems you may be having. I have used many hosting company's before and i cant recommend these guys enough! Especially for the price. Would not go anywhere else! A++++

a little slow on some things but overall a good server, real easy to add mods and maps

got an ark server, very good price and support is good and fast, i was trying to increase my player level and support gave me a help in 10 minutes, recommended!

Yeh i was surprised how many staff these guys had. Very good host. I moved to another host as they dont host the game i am now playing but they were very good at the time i was with them.

using these guys for my empyrion server and cant complain, it works well and they answer support pretty fast. i would reccomend them, i would give them 95/100

One thing that did annoy me is they suspended my server after i didnt pay for it for, they said it was automatic, but a little bit more grace would be nice.

TL;DR: If you are looking for attentive and responsive customer support, these guys are the way to go. Don't just take my word for it, do yourself a favor and go try their live chat support and decide for yourself!

I have hosted my ARK server with two companies before, and sometimes server would break for reasons I cannot fix as a customer so I need customer support. My last provider was Nitrado where I had an issue with server not starting with the right map although it was fine for the last 2 months. After waiting for more than 5 hours (with an offline server) for support to respond to my ticket, I got frustrated and started looking for other provider. I landed on these guys website, while reading around, the live chat pop'd up for me with someone asking how they can help me. That's where my day got much much better. After explaining my problem, they told me not to worry and that they will fix all my server problems no matter what (I seriously needed to hear that at that moment) which is exactly what they did. They moved my old server for me, fixed all my problems and brought the server back as it should be, while keeping me posted with all their progress through live chat the whole time! (they had a nice sense of humor too).
