All show, no go
As ArmaHosts this service was good, now under new management as Open Group Management, things seem to be going down hill.
In the past month our group has had the following incidents, with seemingly no worry, solution, nor timeline from the service provider.
- Services are down with no notice, as customers you're doing OGM's job of finding out the service is down and then reporting it to them, when you would expect them to know almsot immediately if the service they're getting paid to provide is down and they're not able to provide said service.
- Accounting issues, that OGM won't notice and when you as a customer ask, you get charged significant backpay for their job undone. Again it was us the customer, who revealed their lapses in accounting.
- Accounting issues, "by accident" our account was deposited for almost £700, that is yet to be returned. Paypal plays dumb as always. Still waiting for a resolution of this. We're considering contacting the consumer protection authorities.
- No sense of urgency conveyed by the management in response to these lapses in service. We even presented them offers for reasonable discounts in order to buy back trust, unfortunately those offers fell on deaf ears.
Based on December 2025-January 2026, Open Group Management has shown an austounding level of incompetence and disregard for their customers and the legality of online payments.
We are actively looking at alternatives now.
Horrible uptimes and unhelpful staff
Server had gone down only a few days after purchasing a server. Open a ticket on the discord, the staff there were very unhelpful, showed us slightly above zero transparency, offered no ETAs on repairs or fixes, and seemed wholly disinterested in speaking with us. After about three days of the server being down, and now being down longer it was up since I started the payment cycle, I put a ticket in on the website asking for a total, but accepting a partial, refund. It has been over a week and they have yet to issue any kind of reply what so ever.
Discord customer support is amazing!!
Discord customer support is amazing, probably the best and most understanding toward 1st time server owners the server also runs flawlessly! Definitely will be recommending to my friends, keep up the great work guys!
Mildly bad
Incredibly terrible, the server didn't have any power, along side the fact that the customer support is terrible (Took 2 full days to get a response from someone who could refund me). I requested a refund which they agreed to but never arrived in my bank account, then they decide to charge me for my refunded server again, get the hell outa here
I feel obligated to slightly increase my review rating as I have received my refund in full and luckily was never charged. I still won't give it a high review as I still find it ridiculous that I can't play modded antistasi with 4-5 players on a basic server, which providers like host havoc do allow, given this is slightly more expensive but well worth the slight increase in cost, allowing us to run large modded and custom antistasi and liberation missions while also providing on site customer service, not reliant on discord (Although this is more of a personal gripe).

Servers are always stable, supportive staff, always customer focused which honestly is always something I look forward to my next dealing with them.
btw if you join their discord you can ask them to set you up a game server for literally any other game.
7 days to die, Ark, farm sim etc....

Friendly Customer Service
I have known the owner and company for a little over 2 years, they have a variety of options for you to choose from regarding game servers and teamspeak servers. Their customer service / Technicians is friendly,helpful and relatively quick depending on your issue, with staff online 24/7 90% of the time. I highly recommend you give them a try.

2 years ago I had the idea of starting my own ArmA server, after 3 different host providers (all of them horrible) I was told about Arma Host. At first when I saw the price I was surprised. $20 bucks a month for a fast server with unlimited slots? Hell yeah! After that me and my friend decided to upgrade to the $50 dollar server. Both servers are amazing, cero lag, low latency. In my opinion it was something that you couldn't compare with the previous providers I had use.
After the 2 years, I decided to do the same thing again. I have hosted a Squad server from them, less than a week ago. Service hasn't chage. The Senior Technician that always helped us is still working there *Harold*. I had some issues, he fixed it and helped me in less than 24hrs. Only thing I see diferrent is the support is a bit slower since they lost a couple employees but the quality hasn't change!
Being honest, you will not find a better Arma or dedicaded server provider in my opinion.

My overhaul experience
Before I across Armahost I never knew how how to run or understand a Arma server. The lead technician an his team taught me a lot about how to identify the errors and fix them and there were some I could not fix on my end. They are understandable with payment issues like Late paycheck. The team went out of their way to extend me for another week before I had to make another payment! I have had at least over 20 or more support request for them and they still helped me. Usually staff would start getting annoyed on other server Hosting platforms. I highly recommend this to people who want a great arma 3 server and supports team and I'm very impressed with their newer hardware. 10/10
No customer service
My server went down and I messaged for support. I heard nothing for days. Looked over the previous charges and turns out I've been overpaying as well.
I would say customer service have went down hill, but that would be an understatement. Customer service has gone off the edge of the grand canyon and slammed into the ground with the force of a 1000lb bomb

There was no choice to cancel a service…
There was no choice to cancel a service on the website, and I was told to contact billing about it. Billing closed my ticket and did not cancel the service.
Along that, their FTP access was broken and support was mostly terrible.

having been dealing with Jefferson and another gentlemen (whose name slips my mind) I have been absolutely amazed by the quality of service I have received from ArmaHosts.com - definitely a chunk above the rest - of course, this goes with the exception of ONE staff member, Junrey, who will LIE about what services are provided at what cost - then after a couple weeks of frustration with his work, you cancel the service, and sadly leave other staff members in a higher position left trying to fix his mistakes some how, it shouldn't come to that ever, and I feel bad for the decent staff within this company, as there's at least one that I feel doesn't care about the customer as opposed to how he can scam them
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
The staff is very friendly! Some of the staff is hit or miss on their knowledge in how to help to you, but they always to seem be doing their best and will escalate a problem if they can't help you.
That being said, The crew here recently spent literally a week with me, trying to get my Arma 3 server set up properly. we kept getting plagued with issues, but now we are up and running!
I highly suggest them for all of your server hosting needs!
When we decide to get our space engineers server and 7 days server, we will 100% be going with Arma Hosts!
The Best and affordable Arma 3 Server
I have a server with a different server company and they never complete a ticket for me so I canceled it. Then I came to Arma Hosts they do everything fast and smooth. I recommend them to everyone!!
Nothing but lies and excuses.
Placed order for two dedicated Servers with them. Since then have gotten nothing but lies and runaround.. Was told by one tech the OS was being installed as we speak (within maybe 3-4hrs of order). To then the server issue had to be handled onsite in Europe at that data center. Then more excuses. Finally today Im told they don't even have the hardware for the servers and will have to manually build it and it could be 10 days.. They knowingly sold and offered for sale hardware services they did not and could not have available as stated on their website and then got nothing but lies and runaround.. They might be good for a few things but Id stay far far away from them as they will violate the law offering services and such they do not have available.

Excellent Performance, Stellar Customer Service
I have been a customer for about a year and a half with them. Always great support, even in the middle of the night. They've fixed any issues I've caused and have always been great to work with. The server as always worked excellently and I've been extremely pleased with the service I have with them. I highly recommend them!
