Andre was really helpful today, i would recommend him to anyone.. he made the whole process alot easier throughout and i appreciate the time he took and the extra lengths i felt he went to ensure i was happy.

My name is Andrea and I called ARMA about a complicated insurance policy with quite a few caveats. So I filled out the form and didn’t hold make hope of hearing from anyone. How wrong I was!they rang the same day but I was unable to answer. They tried again and still I didn’t answer so James Clayton sent me an email! This message was amazing it included a premium quote. Message that is USEFUL. So I rang eagerly thinking it will probably go up but it’s worth a try. I called and ask for James. Fraser who answered the phone was extremely polite and engaging. I was put through to James Clayton. Well his assistance and knowledge were fantastic. We ran through everything and nothing was a problem. He had clearly done his research properly as the premium quoted on the text message stayed the same! he was so helpful and a great broker to talk to as he knew what he was doing! He made me feel looked after and even after getting the policy he made sure I knew to simply just call him and he will sort everything out. AMAZING BRILLANT PROFESSIONAL. Excellent service couldn’t be happier

I honestly had the best experience with Arma I couldn’t get insurance anywhere with my points on my license I was getting quoted 1000 plus a month and Fraser got that right down to a affordable price a month was nothing but helpful and friendly I would say he went the extra mile to put my mind at ease I was paranoid for some reason it wasn’t right just for how great the price was compared to the usual company’s but all went so smoothly no need to panic you cans definitely trust this service and a exra thank you to Fraser for all the helpful information and help always upbeat every time I spoke to him the man should get a raise for sure lol thanks again Fraser my whole experience was amazing

David made sure he got in contact with me to renew my insurance policy not like over companies like ((RAC ))that totally lack customer service This company provides excellent customer service and make sure you know your insurance policy is ending would recommend this company to anyone and good prices. All round great experience with everyone I’ve spoken to at Arma, very clear with how insurance works and what helps get a better price, I’ve got points from no insurance and Arma were a suitable option for my cars, quick turnaround and easy to ask questions of WhatsApp with people like Theo and Fraser who were very understanding
