They claim that the product I purchased was through a third party and they would not help? No customer service just generic robotic responses to anything so frustrating! Over $100 lost to a stage four cancer patient that is sixty six years old. Shame on Armra

The products they are selling are awful. They lie blatantly about the benefits, but these products made my gut issues worse. Avoid trusting these horrible people and the terrible products. You will harm your health!

Fradulent business. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of them by phone/email once they know that there is an issue with your order. Up until then, someone answers. Products are filled with cheap stevia to replace actual colostrum. Product is unpalatable, sweet. Will never purchase again and warning the crunchy community/friends etc!

I've been using it for 3 months now and it does help some with muscle recovery but really not worth the money for sure but hasn't helped with anything else and I have gut problems and I swear it made it worse. Still losing my hair and by the way there advertising is a joke!! Horrible customer service!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ARMRA!!!My order was canceled without explanation, and after hours of trying to reach anyone via chat and sending emails for weeks, I got absolutely zero response. No phone number, no support, no accountability — just total indifference. This company does not care about its customers, and their complete lack of transparency makes their products impossible to trust. If they treat paying customers this way, what kind of business are they really running?
How is it legal to have no phone number or meaningful customer service? They just have total indifference. Under U.S. federal law, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, companies must not engage in unfair or deceptive business practices, which includes failing to honor orders or ignoring reasonable customer inquiries. Additionally, state consumer protection laws provide that businesses must act in good faith and provide clear communication regarding sales and services. THIS WAS A FAIL AT EVERY STEP!
Ignoring customers is not just unprofessional — it violates basic consumer rights and raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their business. If a company cannot even respond to inquiries, how can its products be trusted? Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and the ability to seek remedies under the law. Do not risk your money on this company — they cannot be trusted.
