My last order was placed 13 MONTHS ago and even after being emailed they were working on it in December I still have received nothing. The website had been down for a long while but seeing it back up and that their accepting orders again that clearly are never going to get fulfilled is disgusting. At one point it was legitimate and it's a shame as I still have shirts that look good but it's nothing more then a scam now

I've been ordering from arm the animals since covid lockdown in 2019. Probably almost close to 10 orders or maybe more. I don't know how they can have a bad review with all the wonderful things they do. Not only is everything made to order (its not generic like Amazon). They do not just have racks apon racks of pre-made merch that everyone and their mom is going to have. So yes you must be a patient person to get something SPECIAL TO YOU. If your not patient, and can't wait a little longer, you don't deserve the awesome merch then. I NEVER had any issues with this co. I actually got an extra tshirt once by mistake. Bc they're made specifically for your order, they just let me keep it. So my mom got one too bc it was not my sz. I just ordered 5 hoodies from them bc they were donating to the animals of the California wildfires. I not only got them all in one big box, the box had no plastic in it, and it wasn't shipped all separately just making more waste for the environment to deal with. I spent a little over $200 with shipping. I never pay for shipping, unless it is for shopping with arm the animals clothing Co. It is bc since they do donate most of what they make...how can u expect them to pay for your shipping too?!? They'd make absolutely nothing if that were the case. I think they're absolutely 💯 fantastic 👏 🐾❣️Not to mention you can get the most awesome sayings on their merch that you won't find anywhere else 😉.

Well, I'm unsure what happened last year, but I finally received the order I placed almost a year ago. Color me surprised!!! Thank you for being a respectful company!!

I have ordered from Arm the animals in the past with zero issues. Last year, I ordered 3 items in May and never received them. Never got a shipping email or anything. I just got a notification on my shop app that I have a package coming in the mail from them in the next few days. I will update once I receive it. I’m not sure what this company has had going on the last year, but previously they were a great company. I hope they get everything sorted out.

garbage site. took over a year to get my package and even then only got 1 out of 2 of the shirts i ordered. Wish i would have checked here before ordering. Still trying to get the 2nd shirt or my money back but I dont have high hopes

I placed an order (#549869) on July 24, 2024 for $165.53 and I still haven't received it (January 16, 2025). I tried to communicate with them several times by email, on their website and also by Facebook Messenger and I have no feedback... They are scammers, don't order anything from this site!!!

Have bought from them for years. Always slow shipping, but it always arrived. However, it seems as though they have completely given up. Had to file a claim with my CC company to get my money back on an order placed almost two months ago. Do NOT buy from this company.

I've been trying to order for weeks and the website kept displaying "we cannot accept payments at the moment". Then finally I could input card details but after hitting buy it said "Cannot verify card" and that was it. No order placed. Except I was then charged 7 TIMES! So all those attempts went through. I didn't get a confirmation email and sent 5 emails to customer service + tried to reach out on the website contact form. NO ANSWER.
What a shame. I loved the products but this is just BAD SERVICE, borderline THEFT.
I want my money back and hopefully bank will give it back and charge them fees.

I ordered a hoodie over 3 weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation of shipping. I waited the 10 business days before contacting them through their website to ask for an update. I did not receive a response so a couple of days later I sent an email. I have still not received any correspondence from them. This is unfortunate, as I had ordered from them in the past and received the product without issue.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and never received a response or confirmation of shipment. Got a reply last week from their "zendesk". This site is a SCAM. Do not give them anything.

SCAMMERS!!!!! They will steal your credit card info and make fraudulent charges. You will get NOTHING except a hige headache! Do NOT buy from these crooks!

In June 2024 I placed an order. They took the money, never sent the item and never answered my emails. The new emails I've been getting from them say they will honor all previous orders and answer all new emails. So far no answer and no merchandise. They need to take care of old business before trying to get new business from me.

Ordered several items several weeks passed nothing delivered and no reply to inquiry to customer service. Two stars vs one because a few years ago I ordered and received what I expected.

I ordered a single tank top around 11/25/23. As soon as I placed the order, I realized I had chosen the wrong color. I sent a message to change the color and had a response within a few hours that they had updated my order. I was impressed. However, when I hadn't received my order after a month, I sent a message. No response. After another few weeks, I sent another message with no response. Over the course of 9-10 months, I tried to contact the company at least 8 times in various ways asking when my order would be shipped. As someone who works in customer service, I knew not to be rude, just ask questions. I'd all but given up on receiving my order when I suddenly had an email arrive that said my order had shipped. It had been 11 MONTHS since I placed the order, but in just a few days, my shirt arrived...and when opened, it was the wrong color. I have never experienced customer service this poorly from any company, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.

I just tried emailing this to them AGAIN to their CSE address (Please email CSE @ armtheanimals dot com for ALL order related issues.) It was rejected this time!! They must have shut down all communication. I ordered over $100 worth of merch from them.

I’ve been waiting for this shipment since I ordered it May 12. I finally received notice that it was packaged and ready to ship USPS. Did that happen? NO! The post office has never received the package. We are in the process of moving, and I’m afraid I will never see my merchandise that’s been paid in full for 4-1/2 MONTHS! Why is this happening? I’ve ordered from you before and got my merchandise in a timely fashion. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE‼️ Send my items or refund me!!

The shirts are great. They came quickly. One was the incorrect design and when I told them they told me to keep it and sent me the correct one.

I've been waiting since May 28th for my order. I've emailed probably 25 times, even got the Better Business Bureau involved. Nothing ,not one word from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I had ordered a long time ago when their price was fair. An shirt for $8.99 ships for $23.00. no thank you

I have waited OVER 3 months for a simple order of one T-shirt. The order number says "UNFULFILLED", and I can not get a reply from customer service.

If there was zero stars I’d put that so u get one. COMPLETE RIPOFF. Scam, fraud… whatever you want to be called you are all of them
