This company would need to drastically improve just to be bad.
It is almost impossible to get through to them in anything other than a chat. They will terminate the chat when you tell them what they are doing wrong. They will never acknowledge or fix a mistake.

Great service and products.
I purchased an item through arrow.com and saved 30$ overall. The item was an exact match and shipped fast. The customer service is excellent.

Excellent service and staff
The two crew Steve and Keith were amazing. It took a 'gigantium' effort to get my wardrobe up the stairs for which I would like to give a great big thank you. They are a credit to Arrow.
