Jamieson's Shetland wool jumper
I ordered a Jamieson's Shetland wool jumper and was impressed that Nomad took the trouble to phone me before dispatch to check I had noticed the advice on their website to go up a size, as this particular knitwear manufacturer's sizing was slightly smaller than other makers. I had, but it was good of Nomad to check.
My order arrived the next day and I was really pleased with the quality of the jumper.

Very helpful, friendly & efficient customer service. I asked to be contacted when the item I was looking for was back in stock & sure enough I had a phone call when it was back in stock. I ordered the item & it arrived very quickly!

Great shop
Product came in a good sustainable bag and outer bag which shows they care.
The product was too big so had to send it back as they never had my size available.
They very quickly gave me a refund.
I was very happy with there overall service
