The installer, I think his name was Rodney, was very courteous and worked quickly. The chair is amazing and has helped my dad and lot.

Arrow's representative came to our home on time. He examined the stairs, throughly explained the installation procedure, and cost. We had familiarized ourselves with the quality of the Stannah chair lift before we contacted them. The installer was competent and a delight to have in our home. We have used the stair lift for a few weeks and we are very satisfied.

This was a good experience
The installers were on time. Very efficient and polite. They both explained things very clearly. The gentleman who came and looked our stairs over to see what we needed was very knowledgeable (I think his name was Nelson). The whole experience was easy and everything went smoothly.

Had to figure out by myself that they have to be removed from the wall holders and pointed at chair to maintain signal contact.
Also, don't screw remotes into the wall holders (see above).

From beginning to install it was flawless. Zach was our sales consultant and he came to the house and gave us options and he was so very helpful. Ezra was our installer and he did a fantastic job with the installation and going over everything after he was done. I contacted other stairlift companies and they couldn’t even come close to the Customer service all the way through the process with arrow lift. We are very happy we went with this company. Other than the grab bars, there is NO evidence the gentleman were in our home.
