Safety
Allows my husband to go up and down safely and I use it for elevator transporting stuff down stairs which keeps me safe. So happy with it

Impressed by the quality of the…
Impressed by the quality of the product. Had some problems with installation scheduling and the installer seemed pressed for time but did a good job on the installation and training. I was not aware that the 2nd payment was due at installation; I see that it stated such in the fine print but it would have been helpful to be reminded prior to the install.
