SCAM!!!! Customer service is horrible; I have been fighting for the return for months. We sent everything back the way they requested, and they still need to give us a return. I will never use this company again!
This place is a scam. Their address is some parking garage in Skokie!!!!

We received first class service from Arrowsmith shoes. Excellent quality leather boots and a very fast turn around and delivery to England, even over the Christmas holiday. We will definitely use them again.

Ordered a pair of shoes 11 days ago and they have not been shipped yet. Have sent emails but they do not reply. Have asked Paypal to cancel transaction and refund my money.

Should be ZERO stars. I returned a pair of shoes on 4/5/21. Package was delivered to them on 4/10/21, but they neglected to mark it as received until 4/16/21. They then said that I must wait another 10 days from "receipt" date for my refund. As of today it has been 13 days and STILL no refund. You can't reach anyone by phone (get message that they're busy serving other customers and to leave a VMS), and so can only communicate by chat, which is BS. They give you the runaround, I guess hoping that you won't pursue it any further. Well, I WILL be pursuing it further. They now have the shoes that I returned AND my money. This is not how any legitimate company does busniess. BUYER BEWARE!

All i can say, is that this company is irresponsible and the service is atrocious. Waited 3 weeks, called and wrote in on several times . No satisfactory response and finally i have had to escalate the matter for a refund. Still awaited. Buy at your peril . Avoid at all cost.

I did an earlier review questioning their customer service and I regret it because actually they are exceptional.
They completely stood behind their product and took care of my issue. It just took them a few days which is natural. They have excellent products and I’m very impressed with customer service. I typically don’t trust very many companies today but this is my go to shoe company from now on. Thank you Arrowsmith for your exceptional quality shoes at good prices.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from arrowsmith on sep 14 2018 sep 26th they sent a email saying that because of the hurricane that's the reason for the delay.I found out that theyre warehouse is in Miami,well no hurricanes there or in charlotte.They sent me another email saying it will be shipped out in 2 days.The email had a tracking number from the post office that said"a label was made but no package was brought to the post office.They told me to check with the post office.I quickly called wellsfargo because it was paid for with me debit card.Conmen run the business
