My wife made a scheduled a maitenance appointment for 8-12 and to this point of me writing this it is now 1pm and the guy still hasn't shown up. No eta no information on when and if this guy is gonna even show up. What is the point in making a 8-12 appointment and you don't even show up.

Professional Staff and Excellent Service

The entire process from the technical inspection to the installment of a new system was all handled in a professional manner. I was impressed with the expertise and knowledge of everyone I that I worked with over the time it took to get ever thing completed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ARS Rescue Rooter.

Our Carrier AC system stopped working, since May 23 and we are still without air conditioning in Orlando Florida while waiting for answers. We were told that the outdoor control board had failed and that the part had been ordered, but no one could provide an estimated delivery date.

The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of communication. I called multiple times seeking updates. The only person who called me back was a manager named Jennifer, and the only information she was able to provide was that the part had been ordered but there was no estimated delivery date because Carrier had to build the part. Other than that, I received no meaningful updates. I was promised callbacks that never happened, and even after leaving a voicemail with the corporate office, I did not receive a response.

After being without AC for over three weeks, we also discovered that our manufacturer’s warranty had expired after five years because the unit had not been registered.

The most disappointing part of this experience was not the equipment failure itself, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service. Being without air conditioning for 20 days in Florida while receiving little to no information was unacceptable. As a longtime customer, I expected much better service and support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ARS Rescue Rooter to friends, family members, or anyone looking for reliable HVAC service. Customers deserve timely communication, follow-through, and support, especially during extended system outages.

I was approached in Lowes to get a A/C checkup for 19.00 I called made the app't for Monday May 11th, between 12-4.I got several texts reminding me of the app't then i got one telling me that David Mora Reyes is on the way. will be here between2:50 and 3:05. He never showed up. after 4 pm i got a call from the company and apologized for him not showing. But if i would like to schedule it would be 2 weeks out. That is insane to get me waiting those 4 hours only not to show up. This is no way to run a business. I will also inform Lowes of my experience.
