Not an emergency
They are always open to my requests if work orders need to be rescheduled, they take care of immediately. The staff are very professional with excellent communication skills. We are very satisfied with the technicians that have come to our home for repairs. Super Job Always!!

My brand new (May 25) a/c unit went out…
My brand new (May 25) a/c unit went out on July 3. After 5 service calls (and 2 no shows), it is still not repaired. 4 days ago, on July 10, we asked them to replace the unit. Since then, no one has returned our calls. That’s nearly 2 weeks in July in NC with no A/C (after spending 18k) with no resolution in sight.
