On 9/17/26 I had my air conditioner serviced by RighTime. I had some parts replaced that were worn out. The best part was the technician, Hector Ventura, he explained everything to me and took care of the service. I will use this company again and again when needed.

Clerks at Lowe’s did not explain…
Clerks at Lowe’s did not explain possible contact with installation team so I came home with a water heater, and installer arrived with a comparable machine.
Email regarding inspection should be accompanied by a personal phone call to assist in the process of scheduling a date.

he tech said I needed a expensive repair…
The tech said I needed a expensive service and didn't show me and one of things he said he did he couldn't do due to the cover of the unit was on and the cover had to be off to get to the coils. So ,I don't trust them . And also when he cleaned the AC unit outside he used the hose and only cleaned the blades and there was leaves and mud in the bottom. I feel very disappointed and wouldn't recommand them.
