An order was processed without my permission

An order was processed without my knowledge via some subscription which I had not signed up for. I requested a cancellation and refund of the payment I had not authorised and as yet - a week later, no one has responded to my emails, messages, FB etc. The number does not work and I have now received the non-order and there is no obvious way to return the product I did not want (it does not work!) or indeed ordered....

Be careful of their sneaky subscription policy

Be careful! It seems it is all to easy to find that you have inadvertently signed up to a subscription when placing an order. The website and shopping experience is, in my experience, misleading and not what I would expect from a B Corp company. I always buy my supplements online, usually without a problem, so was surprised when buying 1 months supply of creatine that I subsequently received an email to say I had subscribed to a regular supply! Customer Service were responsive and helpful and have cancelled both the order and subscription but, quite honestly, I shouldn't have been placed in this situation had the website and checkout process been more transparent.

Do not subscribe

Subscribed to some supplements and had to get hold of customer service to cancel the subscription as it was impossible to do in the site. This was done for me by a helpful member of the team.. however I bought a packet of hydration salts last week and was charged for a huge number of supplements that had been previously cancelled.
£144 came off my credit card. At NO point did I choose these. The old subscription came back to life … have e mailed and had no response as yet
About to get Amex involved …
Do not subscribe!!!

Misleading Subscription

Misleading Subscription – Poor Customer Service
I purchased a product thinking it was a one-time order, only to find out later I had been unknowingly signed up for a subscription. At no point during checkout was this made clear. To make things worse, there’s no straightforward option on the website to cancel the subscription, and customer service is virtually non-existent—they don’t respond to emails and never answer the phone. It feels like a deliberate scheme to trap customers into recurring charges. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Product does absolutely nothing to help…

Product does absolutely nothing to help with my sleep. Kindly emailed to ask if it’s ok to cancel subscription? They email me back to say I have to subscribe for at least two months before I can cancel!? For a product that does absolutely nothing to help you sleep? Awful!
I really didn’t want have to leave a bad review but now I am. The product doesn’t work and it also tastes like crap. I DO NOT want to buy this again for the second month.

Very untrustworthy

Very untrustworthy. Bought a trial set. I am now, however, part of subscription which I specifically didn't want. There is no response on the phone and the subscription is impossible to cancelling online. Additionally, any email contact comes back with a standard reply thanking me for a nice "chat". Looks like a money grabbing scheme.

I feel their products and information are of excellent quality, as everything in this world if you want quality it is more expensive. Their hydration powder is a brilliant product for trying to help with my afternoon sugar craving and amazing for a hangover!

Excellent product of high quality and fantastic customer service. I have tried quite a few of their supplements and any time I’ve had an issue it’s been dealt with friendliness and professionalism.nad and reset gives me a lot of energy, usually I am tired often.i really recommend them
