Transport dauerte 1 Monat statt 1 Woche. Die Flasche enthält nur 5 ml und pro Tag sollen 2 ml verwendet werden. Anwendung nur für 2,5 Tage dann neue Flasche nötig.

Your order was placed on the 14th of January and as per our tracking the item was delivered on the 20th of January in Spain.
ArtemiC Rescue is a 5ml bottle only for acute use and you don't need to take more than 2ml for 2-3 days. If you are looking for a daily supplement to boost your immune system, we recommend ArtemiC Support with 30ml that lasts 1 month.

This is a very rare case but as per the tracking you received your order 4 days after your review. So again we are very sorry and hope that you like the products! Zusätzliche Zollgebühren - eine Enttäuschung
Die Produkte sind angekommen. Nur leider wurde von DPD zusätzlich noch eine hohe Verzollungsgebühr einkassiert.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass ich nicht im Voraus darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dass noch eine Verzollung fällig ist. Daher definitiv unzufrieden!

Hallo Rebecca, außerhalb der EU können Zollgebühren anfallen (dies ist ebenfalls auf unserer Versandseite beschrieben). Wir bedauern, dass diese für dich unvorhergesehen Kosten einen negativen Eindruck erweckt haben. Zukünftig mit Versandzentren in weiteren Ländern, wird dies nicht mehr der Fall sein.
