Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Ich habe genau das Produkt erhalten was ich mir zusammen gestellt habe, mit Heizung, Lautsprecher, Wetterstation, Led Beleuchtung, Vergrößerungsspiegel an der richtigen Seite und ich fand es toll dass ich selbst wählen konnte was ich alles haben möchte und wo. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und die Installation sehr einfach. Ich konnte ihn am Anfang nicht via Bluetooth verbinden weil ich den Code nicht wusste und habe mit Artforma per Whats App kontakt aufgenommen, ich erhielt sofort Rückmeldung und konnte den Spiegel einwandfrei nutzen. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, Heizung, Lautsprecher find ich total super, klar ist das kein Soundsystem aber er macht Musik. Die Heizung ist super schnell! Freunde und Besuche sind jedes mal begeistert von dem Spiegel ubd ich habe ihn oft weiterempfohlen. Nachdem ich dann den WLan Router getauscht habe hatte ich leider ein Problem mit der erneuten Verbindung des Spiegels und es führte kein Weg daran vorbei Artforma nochmal zu kontaktieren, binnen 1 Stunde bekam ich den Lösungsvorschlag der sofort funktionierte. Also ich liebe diesen Spiegel und der Kundendienst ist sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Also absolut tolle Arbeit!

Worst company to buy products, customer service very rude and unprofessional, long time for delivery, no refund or exchange policy even if product not as described. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

From ordering to delivery the company were great, kept me informed as to when deliver would be and arrived earlier than stated.

Bought a few months ago and I highly recommend. The Artforma team provided excellent communication after I placed my order, and the mirror arrived promptly and looked even better than the images.

I bought a mirror from Artform about a year ago. There were problems from the beginning. A year ago, it was difficult to configure that there was a magnifying mirror and a weather station on one side, and this is how I put it into production, because it seemed nice to me and, logically, it did not take up a large part of the mirror. I received an email saying that he can't do it this way and some excuses. When I wrote back that I had ordered it this way and that I would like it there as I ordered it, they finally agreed and it arrived according to the order. After about a year, the lighting strip near the magnifying mirror started to come off. I wrote a complaint to Artforma and they charged me CZK 3,000 back for the mirror. To that I wrote that for a mirror for 20,000,-CZK I think it is an inadequate amount, so we agreed that I would send the mirror for a claim. He accepted the courier and picked it up carefully wrapped. About a week later, they heard that the mirror had been broken and that they would make a new one, but the magnifying mirror and weather station would no longer be in one place. I did not agree with that, because I ordered it because it is in one place and it looks better. Finally they did it in one place and the mirror arrived. It's just that the dimming of the light, which worked for me with the first one, doesn't work. I was waiting by the mirror for 20,000 CZK that it would last longer and that the complaint would be processed to the customer's satisfaction. In the end, I return the mirror and unfortunately do not recommend the company. I have not seen so much time spent with complaints and a negative approach in a long time.

Zrcadlo nevypada jako na fotkach. Sensor pro automaticke rozsviceni je umisten tak ze je videt, zbytecne to kazi design. Ledky sviti jen okolo ale neosvetli tvar. Cekal jsme vic za tu cenu.

All went as agreed. Mirror cabinet is very nice.

Fast, deliverer well packaged

Zrcadlo je kvalitní a hezké, jen z popisu na netu jsme špatně pochopili, že má jen dekorativní osvětlení za zrcadlem. / Product is a good quality and nice. Unfortunately lights behind mirror are decirative only

Objednal jsem si zrcadlo s reproduktorem, ale jsem absolutně nespokojen. Neslyšel jsem horší reprák za hodně dlouho dobu. Nestojí za to vůbec připlácet. Zvuk se neusále seká i když jste 1m od zrcadla.

I order mirror with speaker, but i am totaly disappointed, i haven't heard worst speaker for the last 20 years. Don't worth for paying an extra money for it. The sound is lagging every while even when you are 1 m away from mirror.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with the mirror. The lighting (probably the biggest reason for me buying the mirror) is mostly decorative (despite choosing the pricier Philips LED) as opposed to the pictures where the light seems to be much stronger. Basically it's just that - a mirror with a decorative lighting. Don't expect much more than that. For the money I did expect bit more.

Excelent quality, perfect packing and realy fast shipping. This was the best custm mirror I have seen so far.
