zboží jsme obdržely vporadku,bylo super zabalene.

Na třetí pokus k nám zrcadlo_ galerka dorazila, ale asi po 2 měsících. Jelikož podobné stížnosti jsem četl i u jiných hodnoceních, asi je chyba v doručování na straně spediční firmy. Doporučuji urychleně firmě změnit tuto firmu za jinou !!!! Firma Vasezrcadlo Artforma se mi za vzniklou situaci s doručovacím problémem a problémem v komunikaci s firmou omluvila a i balík se zbožím nakonec dorazil nepoškozena zboží bylo též vpořádku. Měním tudíž hodmocení firmy na 4 hvězdy.

Very bad communication !!! I didnt any answer to my inquiry from 29.06.2021 >Dobrý den,
zaslali jste mi fakturu za galerku a info , že zboží jste předali dopravci GLS/UPS viz níže,ale zboží dosud jsem nedostal a ve vyhledávání zásilky u GLS se nic pod těmito čísly nenalézá !! Kde je zboží, kde je problém ?

Overall I'm satisfied - quick communication, delivery in agreed on time frame, products were well packaged and looks good.
The only disappointment has been when based on pre-order discussion I've requested something non-standard which I've been told will be possible to manufacture, but in the end it was not so we had a lengthy discussion to modify the order properly with some alternative.

Very nice design of slim mirror with the WIFI meteostation. Bluetooth repro is working properly and the sound is better then expected. Installed heating is helpfull. Installation on the wall was quite easy with adequate equipment.

Excellent product

I would recommend this shop because of very good communication with the seller and very good quality of product. We wanted backlight in warm white colour but we weren't sure about exact temperature. The seller made us an offer of dual backlight and we can change the colour however we want. It was a very good choice. The mirror looks beautiful with this kind of light. I would recommend this backlight colour for everyone.

We are using the mirror only for a week, so it is difficult to make an in-depth review. So far, the mirror is very nice and bright enough. However, the app through which you connect the mirror to WiFi is quite old-fashioned and you have to allow access to your GPS all the time.

Almost everything fine, delivery on time and the mirror is as beautiful as expected. If I am not rating higher is because the quality of the hangers is not good, one broke while mounting and I was lucky that the mirror was not hanged yet..
The company refund me 10% because of it, with no excuses or complications. Just great, so I have changed my rate to 5 stars.

Terrible customer support!

My problem started even before the mirror was dispatched! Our government has imposed a ban on traveling between counties due to covid-19. So, I knew I would not be able to accept the delivery. This was at the time when our mirror was still in production. I thought it would not be a problem to change delivery address....

I sent an email with my request to their customer service. The email was written in Czech language since we communicated in Czech via their Facebook page before. Unfortunately, their customer service is probably in Poland so they used google translator to compose a reply(some generic text).

My second attempt was made via phone. I talked to some lady from Poland who told me it was not possible to change the delivery address. I could either contact the delivery company once it is on the way and ask for redirection or not to accept the package (by not showing up). The package would then be returned back to Poland and they would send it again to my new address. WHY all this, if it was not dispatched yet??

Few days later (when the mirror was on the way) I called the delivery company and asked for redirection because I did not want the mirror to travel around Europe just because this company has useless customer service. I WAS CHARGED FOR REDIRECTION!!

I hope the mirror will work one we hang it on the wall... I do not want to imagine what the communication would like like if it was not OK...

I love your webpage and the whole ordering system. The mirror which can unfortunately doest not fulfil my quality expectations. There is dust between the mirror and light strip and the whole covering of the mirror has quite sharp parts.

I will definitely use another company for the second mirror I'm gonna need.

Edit: After 3 weeks of chatting the shop offered a significant discount for the product. This is definitely a nice step from the company and I'm giving them one star more for this step. I hope they will update product pictures that they better match their products. Pictures of the mirror are visible at google maps. Company name FORAM
