My name is Adithya, and I'm from H.S.R Layout, Bangalore. I wanted to get Monsoon blinds installed for my porch area, so I searched on Google and found several vendors. Most of the genuine companies had slightly higher prices, but they were listed on platforms like Google Maps, IndiaMart, and JustDial with good reviews.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of choosing a company called Artful Home(website: artfulhome.in) because their prices were much lower. That should have been a red flag, but I went ahead.

A guy from Artful Home visited my house, took measurements, and gave me a quotation. When I asked for a discount, he offered one on the spot, which made me feel like I was getting a good deal. I paid ₹;20, 000 in cash as an advance, and they promised installation within 3 days.

However, after that, they kept delaying. On the 6th day, I got suspicious and searched more about this company. That’s when I came across hundreds of fraud complaints and negative reviews from others who had similar experiences. I sent screenshots of these reviews to the person I was talking to on WhatsApp. He claimed all those reviews were fake and soon after that, he blocked me on both phone and WhatsApp.

These people have no real office, and their website is full of stolen images from genuine blinds companies. I tried reaching out, but they had vanished. My money was gone.

Later, I got my blinds installed by a genuine company called B****** Blinds. They were professional, gave me a fair discount after hearing about my bad experience, and completed the installation within 3 days. I even accidentally transferred ₹;500 extra to them and they returned it without me even asking. That’s the kind of trust and service real companies provide.

Please be careful!

Don’t fall for low prices or fake positive reviews. Do your research. Trust companies with verified listings and genuine reviews.

ArtfulHome.in is a scam stay away!

I had an excellent experience with Artful Home. I was nervous about purchasing from them because I wasn’t familiar with the company and the only checkout option was to enter a credit card number. I went ahead because they had a very cool item that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The item arrived within a reasonable time frame and is even better than expected. I am delighted! I will not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future - their selection of unique items is wonderful. I do think it would benefit them to have PayPal, Apple Pay or other secure, third-party payment options available at checkout - it could create a feeling of safety for first-time buyers and possibly increase sales.

This company is a scam. I would give no stars if that was an option. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The item was returned and accepted with no issue. It has been 10 days and I am still waiting for a refund to be issued. I've sent over 2 dozen emails and called several times only to be given the run around and flat out lied to. Buyers beware of false advertising and being scammed out of your money!

My absolute favorite for a last-minute unique blouse for the holidays or other occasions. The sizing is generous and you can often find something on sale that you'll never see anywhere else. You get to wear art!

I have always liked the products sold by this company but had never bought anything...until now. I love the shirt I purchased. It is exactly as it appeared in the photo and fits perfectly. Shipping was fast and reliable and the company even followed up with me after the sale.
