My package arrived in 10 days which matched what I expected. The items were folded nicely and nothing had that odd factory smell. The striped shirt has already gone into my regular rotation. I like that it feels casual but still decent enough to wear out.

I ordered Comino Orthopedic leather brown/cognac woven loafers in a size 11 W for $79. I received —20 days after buying — beige rubber garbage shoes that were 2 sizes too small and have no support. No branding. A sticker on the bottom with a 42 (size.) tracking was supposedly shipped from China but then drop shipped from Wisconsin.

When I asked about a return I got this:

Terrible item, totally different from what they advertised. Offered 40% refund and to keep. Over $200. I returned to the address they provided in China. They haven’t collected item from customs. Has been there for 4 weeks and wont refund without item or maybe that was the plan all along. Do not buy from this company.

The website was easy to use and checkout was quick. I liked seeing different product types because I could shop for both casual shoes and something dressier in one place.

The sorrento loafers are comfortable once they settle in. Mine felt slightly snug at first but after a couple of wears they softened nicely.

This is a scandalous Chinese online store front. They sell cheap fabricated clothes that do NOT look like their online photos. The photos seem AI generated. The blouse I ordered was ornate and intricate with mixed materials and cotton blend. What I received took 3 weeks to reach me. They sent me a cheap, poorly replicated version. The online shirt is collarless and what I received had a collar. The detailed material was a cheap screenprint. Lastly, it was a polyblend shirt instead of cotton.

Anna from customer service is telling me that it will cost more than the amount of the shirt to ship it back to China or keep the shirt at a 15% discount.
I won't be doing that.

My purchase was never delivered nor was it refunded as promised by Anna Frederick, Customer Support for Arthur Hendon. I'm wondering if AI is responding to customer emails. I noticed a review below also had Anna Frederick as a Customer Support Rep.; that's an interesting coincidence.

Site is a scam. Product shipped from China. It took 3 weeks. The quality is very low. Disposable junk.

The ostuni cotton linen shirt is a good summer shirt. Breathes well and doesn’t feel thin or cheap. I’d probably size up if you prefer a looser fit.

My order came in 7 days and was packed properly. Nothing damaged no weird smell and the shoes were ready to wear straight away.

Misleading website. Reviews are not real or for the actual products. Notice each image is different. Like drop ship product images. Does not ship from US. Product was cheap looking and did not match the website photos. Cheaper on Amazon and better quality. Returns either get 15% back or ship back to china at your cost.

This company is definitely a scam, The product took over 3 weeks to ship. No where on their site do they mention the product ships from China and if you want to return it the cost is $50-60. They will tell you you can keep the poor quality product for a 15% refund,

Absolute rubbish. These are pressed rubber slip ones, and way too small. Not woven leather as advertised. They make their money on “returns” of a percentage of the price. You can ship them back to China for a charge of $50. Really a rip off. HORRIBLE

If I could give 0 stars I would. Echoing the experience of others who have posted. Terrible quality, terrible fit, and when I tried to return the item they made me jump through so many hoops just to tell me that a return would cost $40-$50 to send back. What an absolute waste of my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a beige men's shirt for our wedding and they sent PINK. In order to get a refund, they told me to mail it back but, informed me that it would cost me the same amount as the shirt ($50) to send it to China. When I refused to do that, they asked for a photo and argued with me that said pink shirt was not actually pink-it was just the lighting in my photo. I am so frustrated with online companies like this who take your money and then won't do the right thing and just issue a refund when it is due.

Buyer beware.
The products I received were nothing like what was advertised on the website. The photos suggest premium, well-made clothing, but what arrived was poor quality with cheap materials and a finish that fell well below expectations.
The sizing is also nowhere near standard. Items were significantly smaller than the labelled size, making it almost impossible to order with confidence.
What has been most concerning is the return process. It’s unnecessarily difficult, with customers expected to chase the company for return instructions and pay for return shipping. I’m still waiting to see if I’ll actually receive my refund.
Overall, the business gave me the impression of being a drop-shipping operation rather than the premium clothing brand it presents itself as. The marketing and the products I received simply did not match.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Arthur Hendon. Read independent reviews carefully before purchasing.

This place just takes your money and you never see what you ordered.

Update
I got my order a month and a half later. I ordered shoes and they look like a child’s they are tiny and narrow. The quality of materials used is not as described, cheap and not worth $40.00. Shoes remind me of flea market finds.
I asked for address for return and refund they wanted pictures of the shoes next to my feet. Then after asking for more pictures I told them they do not fit. After waiting they gave me a choice of getting 15% back or sending back the shoes to China they said would cost $40.00.
This is a Chinese company pretending to be something it’s not and after all of that they’re still trolling me by sending stupid ads lying about Arthur having dreams of creating clothing and shoes.

Absolutely trash quality of sneakers. They weren’t shipped in a box. They’re basically white labeling items from SHEIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Arthur Hendon of London.
I read the size chart and I ordered a women's raincoat in size Large. After a 14 day wait, I finally received the coat. The coat had been shipped from China. Its shipping label said it was men's clothing which was incorrect. The raincoat was so small that I couldn't button the front of the coat.

I emailed support@arthurhendon and requested a return shipping label. Their first reply offered a replacement. I replied that I needed a return label. They responded that I should send photos of myself holding up the coat. Also the photos should not be attachments, but should be pasted inside the email.
After sending the photos in an email, I received a duplicate message asking for photos again. I responded with another email insisting on full refund.

Here is their exact explanation of their shipping policy:

Just for fun, I checked FEDEX International return rates and it would cost $250 to return the item. Out of the question. I chose a 15% partial refund from them. Never again will I order from them.
