Grass was ordered 4 weeks before I needed it so well in advance, was told they couldnt accept card for any payments over £1000 which I thought was weird, get a call a week before delivery to say my grass has been discontinued but they'd send a new 'eco' grass out, day of delivery comes and the driver turns up with everything but the grass, has no idea where it is and has a form with no grass on it. After many phone calls I was promised it first thing in the morning, next morning comes and goes, I had to ring late afternoon to be told they dont have it in stock, but 100% it will be with me in 4 days time, that day comes and nothing, I have to ring again, it will definately be tomorrow they said. By this time I have paid a labourer 2 days money to help with the grass that never turned up. Finally got the grass with promises of compensation and returned delivery fee's at a minimum. Of course when you ring to ask for this you get fobbed off with having to email the director directly!?! as expected Ive still not recieved a reply 2 weeks later, honestly dont use this company, 3 of them are under the same ownership, artificialgrass direct, artificial grass london, and nomow, even the different delivery drivers that came out from them, although nice blokes admitted the company are a joke

The grass and padding I ordered are great. Everything arrived one day later than expected but only because of the delivery company.
Initially I was slightly worried, as the prices looked too good to be true and the online account / order tracking system is rather poor (deliveries also cannot be tracked online) but I called the information three times and the phone was answered every single time. The customer service was extremely helpful and friendly as well. And all that over the last seven days (order to delivery).
