Bothered for years by blocked gutters I was ready to try the salesman 's answer.
Though held up by the weather the final result is looking promising in both appearance and solving the gutter problem
The work was carried out efficiently and hopefully the included guarantees will never be invoked.

I appreciated everything about Artisan's renovation and protection of my roof. From the time when the possibilities were explained to me through to the time when the work was finished, I was kept fully informed about the progress with the work. The work itself (pressure-washing the roof, to clear off the moss and general gunk; replacement of cracked tiles; repair of cement in ridge-tiles and gullies; and coating/waterproofing the whole roof) was done over two days, with all the mess cleared up at the end of each day. The workers were cheerful, polite, professional and hard-working, and it was no trouble at all having them around - they did a fine job. They were also very good with my neighbours, not least in providing protection for the properties on both sides of my house during the work, and in cleaning up any stray mess as they went along. The discounted price was very welcome and very reasonable (especially for such a good finished product); and finally, my contacts with other Artisan staff were extremely pleasant. I don't often say this, but I am 100% satisfied with the work, and very glad I've had it done by Artisan...

We had the moss cleaned off our 50 year old roof and treated and coated. It now looks like a new roof! All the staff including the two men who did the job were very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Heavy Moss infestation and blocked gutters on our semi needed sorting out and Artisan made a brilliant job of completing the work. On site Mark worked professionally at all times, keeping us informed of progress, clearing up as he went and respecting our neighbours on either side. The one problem we had with the scaffolding was resolved with the intervention of Rob in the office who ensured that not only was all sorted before Christmas but that any extra costs were born by Artisan. The final result looks great and we are 100% happy with the completed job. Thank you to all at Artisan for going the extra mile to deliver a professional job.

Very satisfied by their work. They came to fix a problem in our roof from the storm and rerender the extension. They were polite and skilled and they completed everything they said they would. And more.
Even though the weather didn't let them finish on time they came again and again until they finished the job.

Impressed with Artisan from Sales to After Sales.. professional in a relaxed and friendly way. The 2 men who completed the job of cleaning all the moss off roof (30 plus years of it) and coating and making good etc worked non-stop and cleaned up afterwards. Nothing left for me to do. Would definitely recommend. My house has a new roof!.

My house roof and garage looks fantastic, the guys were hard working and not only did they do a fantastic job, they totally respected not only our property but that of the neighbours on both sides making sure everything was clean and tidy after each part of the job. They were very polite and professional in carrying out their work, keeping me informed where appropriate. I certainly made me feel I was a valued customer.

We had our rendering patched up and a new water resistant coating applied. Plus a new patio installed at the back. Over all the experience was great. All the workers were prompt and professional. They tidied up the mess each evening. There was a bit of an issue with the weather... there was a lot of rain! Ollie made sure we were kept informed throughout. Very happy with the price and service.

The two chaps who came to do the coating on our render did a fantastic job. They were so polite and cleaned up very well afterwards. The work is of excellent quality and it has completely transformed the front of our house.
