Artisan Escapes  Opiniones

Just returned from 5 days in Rome to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and we had a fantastic time. Received updates about changes to flight times and a courtesy call before travelling to check all in order. The hotel was perfect for our needs, very central and within budget. Thank you Ann and the team, looking forward to our next trip!

Brilliant service from friendly helpful staff, fantastic holidays & cruises with peace of mind.
Thank you Artisan.

My wife and I have used Artisan Escapes on many occasions, predominately for cruises. They are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely well informed in terms of the travel market. We would recommend their services without reservation.

First time using a travel agent in years
Helpful advice
Everything went as planned
Have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use again

Ann and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful in helping us plan our Panamanian cruise. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond organising any transfers, accommodation and paperwork required. Would highly recommend.

We usually book our own trips & itineraries but were looking for something special that would be organised for us. Jo was incredibly helpful suggesting various options before coming up with the perfect combination of a small group tour in Sri Lanka followed by relaxation in The Maldives. All communications with Jo and the team at Artisan Escapes were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. Thank you!

My first visit to Artisan Escapes and I have to say I have been very pleased with the service I received, my whole travel arrangements to New Zealand made by the firm were brilliant, everything went without a hitch and without doubt I shall be visiting the firm again. Thank you Artisan Escapes

Cannot recommend Artisan Escapes enough. Absolutely blown away with the service we received from Ann and her team. She booked our wedding in Cyprus, dealt with the wedding coordinator overseas on our behalf to ensure we had our dream day and holiday. From start to finish the process was seamless, Ann was always on hand to answer any questions we had and would highly recommend to anyone.
